I had the same thing happen to me..Called my cell phone first about three times leaving messages..then when i called it back he said i had till 2pm to call him back with the money information or he would have the sheriff and FBI arrest me..Then he called me at work and threatened to have me fired and also that the sheriff and FBI would be arresting me tomorrow morning at work

They called collecting on a payday loan saying if I didn't pay $700 I would be arrested on Monday, so I paid then they called the next day saying they had my credit report and I have several other outstanding bills that need to be paid now or else the sheriff would show up to my work on Monday to arrest me. When I started asking questions he got very very rude and told me he was going to call my work to tell them what an horrible person I was and how could they employee someone like me.

I received the same type of call today. First, a guy called informing me that Attorney John Henderson was sending a sheriff to arrest me at my job tomorrow. I asked him what company he was calling from. He said he wasn't calling from a particular company, but rather the Federal Bureau of Customer Affairs. He then instructed me to call John. When I called John he was very hostile and argumentative. He told me I had to make the full payment on a loan I had today or I was going to jail tomorrow morning to await trial on Friday.
I informed him that I could have the loan paid in 2 days when I got paid. He told me it was no longer about the money, and that I had until 5:00 PST to get it paid. He told me I had to Western Union the money to a Destin Phillipe of Fort Myers, FL. This seemed odd to me as a payment over the phone should have vbeen acceptable. I informed him that I am a Prepaid Legal member and that I know my rights. He suddenly became quiet and hurriedly got off the phone

yea that guy called me   said i'm going go to jail and the FBI  wascoming to my work to put in jail

but i did give  send him a western union for 400

same thing happened to me he scammed me out of 300 bucks yesterday then said that i had to pay 600 bucks the next day to avoid legal fees and if not the police and the FBI were coming for me to take me and my job!! don't give them any money if you owe some one money call them first to see if they are having someone call you don't be a victim!

Scamed me out of 300 dollor and my brother called them back with legal rights and they hung up on him  they cussed at my brother cussed them back out

a guy called me telling me he was gonna put a warrant out for my arrest,  he was cursing at me calling all sorts of things...scary!! beware people.

Same thing as aboved , he used the name John Anderson , he sas he was a lawyer and acted very unprofessional he was cursing me out and all

A foreign sounding Guy called my work and my cell trying to con me outta money said I received a loan and never paid it back that he was gonna have a sherriff at my work the next day... he knew all my info including my ssn. Keep an eye out ppl... he is also using a 9513890283 number with a fake extra number....
