I just received the same message a couple of hours ago. I had my car advertised in Craigs list.
I can't figure what kind of scam this one is yet, but the phone number listed on the incoming message is: 510-759-1549.

Parent Company is All Web Leads, Inc. they can be reached at 888 522 7355. They will claim that they only receive referrals from newfreeinsurance.com. However, if they are flooded with complaints against this company then they will stop doing business with them.

Left text message---Hey Lynn you qualify for a $1500 grant go to grantmoney.org--there is no Lynn at the phone number they texted and we are on the national do not call list---I reported them

I just got the text message today that is almost exactly the same except the web address is www.newinsure4less.com. I called my phone provider, AT&T and they were not able to do anything except block all text messages. the did give me a credit to allow me to text back the word's STOP. The rep said that if it is a computer generated message that some times that works. I tried just dialing the number 1-415-351-9162 but I got a message saying that the call was not allowed, obviously it is a computer on the other end. With all the wacko's out there on the web, I am not going to even try going to the web site. It is most likely spam infested.
I also recently had a vehicle up for sale on Craigslist. But that was over a month ago.
Maybe there is something about this on Craigslist

I got the same txt, I'm sure the site asks for personal information like your SS# or Credit card number. Just ignore it.
