Called me too.  No one there. I call back and they say (recording) they are a removal line and ask you to enter you phone number. Yeah, like that is going to happen. Scums. Don't even say who you are being removed from!

I answered and yelled Hello...Who are they?? Automative machines replies press 1 to take off list. I pressed 1 and then enter your phone humber... I didn't..they should be required by law to place their company name and phone number.....Don't call again unless you help me pay my phone bill.....

they are offering debt help, tied into the "WCA offer clearing house"

This call came from California on my work phone.  I don't know anyone in California.  And they leave no message.  Does anyone know who this is?  I tried to google it, but nothing.

I don't answer calls from outside my area code...

I just pick up the receiver and then hang it right back up.

99.9 % of the time it is a telemarketer or a scam.

Just call it back and get your number removed

....continued....turns out that WCA is Wireless Communication Association which is a non-profit in CA. WHY WOULD THEY BE CALLING ME ABOUT MY CREDIT CARDS??? Sounds fishy!!!

Got a call from this number tonight. Automated message said it was DAVE with WCA about how to reduce my credit card debt. I thought it was illegal for them to call my cell phone!!!

unwanted call - automated  credit reducer message

They called me at 2:13pm, no message. I hate these A holes!

Called me on the east coast at 3:45pm.  I did not answer, no message was left.  My phone is owned by the company I work for and I'm wondering how this scammer got the number!

received a call from this number and left no message nor do I know anyone in this area code area.

I got the same call, I ignored it and they left a voice mail.  When I listened to it, it was automated.  They were talking about how to reduce my credit card payments.  It's a scam.  Don't answer any phone call that has an area code you do not recognize.  They can over charge you for the minutes and seconds spent on listening to it.
