This is happening to me now and I am getting sucked dry with the lilltle funds I do have they are taking them... I have no contact number to call them and demand my funds back they never sent me nothing and I am pissed.... Do anyone have the number please pass it along.....

I was called from 314-627-6987 saying I won a $400 Walmart Visa giftcard that has a $4.95 delivery fee too. I was put through to a "confirmation supervisor" who then told me it was a $500 giftcard. When I said that I will not give any credit card info without first checking out the company online, I was told the company calling is Care Express and they offer the giftcard in addition to "a program" that I would also be signed up for from www.oodlesofmags.com.  I did not get the names of either person I spoke to due to their heavy Indian accents. I was given 2 toll free numbers: 1-866-635-9532 and 1-800-796-2479. The call was ended but I did not hang up. Another person picked up and told me that if I do not agree to pay the $4.95 for the card from them and call the magazine company, I will not get the card at all. What a scam. The sad thing is people fall for this scam every day and give their credit card or bank information over to never actually receive anything but charges on their statements.

I got many calls from 415-363-5668 saying I won a gift card from Walamrt and had to pay $2.95 unfortunatley they already had my credit card number and have charged my account. The phone calls come from California, they gave an address of Best safe protection in pheonix Arizona, and the charge on my card came from Tenn. Be aware of this they keep calling and it does not matter what time of day or night it is they are very rude.

they called me ALL day today. when i spoke with him i said i would not give my cc# over the phone. he got pushy and was like it's only 2.95 for a 100 gift card. i told him to mail me some info and i'll send him a 2.95 money order LOL he got upset and hung up on me! i also called back and was put on their do not call list, but of course they keep calling........re-re

I got a call from this number at work saying that they were from some fraud dept and that i owed them $600 and said if i didnt settle it over the phone, they would serve me with papers.  So, I told him to g ahead. This had been happening for the last several years.  Every time I purchase something big, they do this.  And, every year its the same thing.  I think they  have nothing better to do then to harrass people.

415-363-5668 keeps calling me too. Same rap, gift card, preferred customer, wal-mart, target, they wont give you any contact info or address. In my case I got them to tell me that they are somehow affiliated to netdetective and that I should block netdetective from my debit card then give them the number so that I can get the gift card. They claim to be from Arizona, or at least that is what they say. I have talked with at least 2 separate 'supervisors' and the whole lot of them are extremely difficult to understand.

I have a friend that had to flee Iraq after the American invasion because the break down of Saddam's rule left the place badly corrupted and in anarchy. I imagine that these people are from the middle east or northern Africa and part of an organized crime effort. Possibly Iraq itself.

I believe the FBI should be alerted of this scam. I will see what I can do when I can.

They called me yesterday telling me I won a gift gard.All the I indian man asked foe was asmall fee of 2.95.I said okay send it to me first and then I'll send you a check!He didn't want to hear that answer,starting getting mad at me.What a bad scam artist could'nt even keep his temper in check.Then wanted not a credit card # but any customer care code's on the bottom of my plastic card's.Apparently he thought I was born yesterday.Told him never to call again or I'm reprting him to th B,B,B,he did't cre called back 4x already........

I have been recieving calls from this # the indian guy told me that Walmart, target ,home depot, and all those company share my information with them, telling me they instruct them to offer me $100, but in 4 days i will have to pay a shipping and handling fee of $2.95,What gets me in this conversation is that the person name they gave me is under 18yrs old that they say is connected to the phone #

This idiot keeps calling my prepaid cell phone so I finally answered it and when he could barely speak english I told him to go to hell and hung up. This was about 2 hours ago and he keeps calling me at least 10 times in the last 2 hours! He's calling again right now! I'm not going to pay 10 cents a minute to talk to some jerk who pretends not to understand basic english unless of course you're telling him your credit card number (then I'm sure he would learn real quick)
It's very irritating. I'm usually the last one to report anyone for anything but I saw a link to the FCC and I'm going to file a complaint right now. This is ridiculous!

First got calls for a Josh. They called about 5 times over the last 2 weeks. Today I got another call where they were asking for Josh, but they actually used a last name this time (do not remember it).  Then, about 2 hours later I got a call from the same number. A woman with an Indian accent saying that my number had been selected & I was to be the recipient of a $100 gift certificate that could be used at Wal-Mart and a couple of other locations. Was trying to tell her that I was not interested and she started to get a little more assertive and asked "Ma'am, you are the winner of a gift certificate, why "NO"?"  She started to insist that I get the confirmation number she was about to give me.  Kept telling her no, I was not interested. She kept mildly arguing that I was a winner, and that she didn't understand why I keep saying no.  Once again insisted that I get the transaction number or confirmation. Think she may have used both those words separately.  I don't believe she even said what company she was from.  Irritating.

I got a call 5 TIMES! On the 6th call I told them to stop being dumb and take my number off and he started asking for kisses and to f*&^ him....wth kind of place is this?!

I get calls daily, numerous times a day from this place!  I have told them to put me on their do not call list, then this last time, a very rude man started yelling at me and telling me that they were charging me money!! Huh!! Well, they are in for it, if they keep calling me after I have asked to be on their do not call list!

Cathy:  you may wish to report this to the FTC.  It sounds like you have given personal information, so, you need to alert your bank and the credit card...and...contact Walmart if it is a Walmart credit card.

I've done a little research and this is what i've come up with. Now to find out a real in-bound calling number. So that I may call them 8 times and waste some of there time. =P

I've gotten 8 calls in less than 24 hours. 4 of them in the last three hours. I've locked each one into my phone; I don't know how they got my number but i'd like to string the neck of that company or atleast know that their as liable both criminally and financially for the harassment and the scams this person/people are  running. But truely I want it to end.

I love trolling the scammy telemarketers. When I'm in a hurry, all I will say is "Cancel. Void. Decline.". This way they do not have a recording of me saying anything similar to "yes". Other times, I might go along with them and then say that "I do not have a credit card. I do not have a bank account." (how they going to get my money now ?!?!).
When I have time to waste, I start asking them for THEIR credit card number, and as they stammer on about "No, you've won something" or "This is only a free consultation", I explain to them that the ONLY way I can proceed is to SELL my time to them (for the consultation) or the ONLY way I can accept their gift is via a credit card payment.
So far, only one time have they called me back repeatedly, just for me to give them more abuse and LOL to myself as I can hear the veins popping in their necks.
These liars and thieves are so adept and arrogant, they have actually convinced themselves that wrong has been done to them when they fail at scamming me. All the more sweet for me to aggravate the piss out of them.

I just received a call from the same exact number. The guys name was John and he also was tring to get me to give him my cc# so that they could process shipping and handling to receive a $100 gift card. I contaced walmart about this and they notified me that this was a known scam. Don't give them any information about you. Also the company he claimed to work for was BEST BUY SAFE PRODUCTION. Wtf is Best doing making cals for Wal-Mart anyway. Haha owel some scams we gotta go through :/

These people call several times a day!  It's magazine sells but yet they act like this is life or death not wanting to give information out because they are, some how got my husbands name, asking for my husband.  I asked them to remove the number from their list since they are calling our business phone.  They don't and only call again!  Plus, you can barely understand their foreign language!  geez!!
