Unknown caller calls all the time but doesn't leave messages

after a bit of research i have found the company that issued this phone number to these telemarketer tards is Peerless Network LLC.. a communications company in Chicago.  They are not the ones doing the spamming but one of their clients who has been issued the number 415-363-9536 is doing their spamming. They say they take FCC do not call list violations very seriously and you should report this number/client to them here...

Since we are not a telemarketing company, simply the provider of the telephone number, we cannot prevent a company from contacting you.  In fact, while some companies utilize our telephone numbers, in most cases they do not utilize our network to make the actual phone calls.  However, we will be glad to notify the customer of record about your complaint provided we have the following information:

- The number calling you, and
- The number being called.

sent them a text message back letting them know that i have filed an FCC complaint for violation of the national do not call list.

This is the most annoying thing, I get these calls all day long.  There is dead air when I answer,they leave no message.. The FCC should be investigating these calls as they are an invasion of privacy.. They seem to hav all your phone numbers

call went to voice mail, caller didnt leave a message also didnt hang up, i could hear two females talking about the weather

I have a pre paid cell...how could they get that?  The calls started on my land line......using caller id no. 00000000000. I finally quit getting the free land line calls and now this 415 crap is on my cell,  I am disabled, and to get to phones is not easy......law makers must stop this.....or???

I recommend downloading Mr Number for your cellphone. it works great!

this site does not report phone numbers. it basically just gives you a place to vent and inform others of the number so they can be aware.

no the do not call reg. does not work. just a waste of gov. time and money.

This number (415)-363-9536 calls my cell phone at all hours of the day for past month.  Just beeps; both when calls and when i call the #.  What to block it from my cell but can not get a person? It is harassing.

I'm 10. My phone is for emergency calls only, however San Francisco/North Bay Area 1(415)363.9536 keeps calling daily. Who is in charge of these abhorrent phone calls?

I'm having the same problem. I've reported it already. Cell users, there are free apps for blocking phone numbers. I'm currently using Mr.Number. It simply redirects a suspected spammer to hang up mode or whatever option you choose.

Sounded like robotic call. Lot's of silence then hung up. Called more than once.

Just b careful on calling these numbers back u don't know because they might just b a scamer and if u call them u might b charged a fee. U never know now adays

Well, it is recording, not a real person; once you hang up you can call back the same number and put your number on their "do not call list". Just did it myself, lets see if it works.

Ive gotten 4 calls from this place in the last week. I am on the national do not call list, filled out a FCC complaint on them today.

Receiving calls at exactly 9:00AM each day.  Hopefully enough posts about this number will do the trick and have them stop permanently...at least that's what I'm telling myself as I'm writing this.  PLEASE STOP CALLING ME!

Would like to report this number due to annoyance/unwanted phone calls to my cell. Constantly calling and leaving no message.

We continue to receive calls from 415-363-9536, but no one is on the other line and they do not leave a message. We use this as an emergency phone only because wife has a potentially fatal disease and the number has not been given out. This is an annoyance call and is getting to the point of almost harrassing.
