Has called me multiple times about purchasing an extended Auto warranty for my car; have received repeated, hounding calls at work (keep calling even when told to stop calling / remove my name & number).

They have been calling me since January - I finally answered today and it is a service company claiming to be the service provider of my 2007 chevy tahoe - which they are not as I am located in Tennessee and this number is in California. They called both my cell number and my office line. I have asked that they remove me from their database.

Have seen this number on the caller id many times previously.This morning I answered the phone.
A woman trying to sell extended warranties began talking and wouldn't stop talking when I tried to ask her a question, kept talking, faster and louder, even as I told her that I was not interested.

This jack*** calls every day for the past 2 weeks, caller ID comes up as "Auto Warranty", when you answer they just hang up, call the number back and a recording says "please hold for the next representative" then hangs up. Have Vonage so I can't block their number. Don't know how I got on this autodial list but I want off of it!

This call come and goes to voicemail ==AUTO WARRANTY on CID UNIT   NO MESSAGE LEFT OR AUDIO _MUTED
Could be spoofing the CID possible SPAMMER but breaking the peace.    Inquiry to www.ccpd.us downstair Garage 4 Bartow  MALL is filed

They claim to want to extend my warranty on my vehicle.
I ask What vehicle?
the one your driving. (aggressive voice)
Tell me which vehicle I am driving?
Get a pen and paper and I'll give you your policy number.
Get me your manager
Get a pen and paper and I'll give you your policy number.
and on and on as I left him on speaker phone in another room while I watched TV.

Have received about 50 calls fromt his number in little of a month. most of the time I answer and there is not reply. Once a recorded started stating it was a car manufacture warrenty company. I waited for a actual perosn and ask to be removed form call list. Calls have continued! My number is a home office number that is only 11 months active these calls started in 3 months into business.

I just received a call from this number. A guy told me he was trying to save my money by renewing the existing auto warranty.

I asked him which vehicle he was talking about 6 times and his answer was "the vehicle you drive now". I said if you are unable to give me the details of the car he was referring, why do I need to give you my car information.

He became bit agitated and almost screamed "do you want the extended warranty of not!". I said no and he hang up.

just block their number using your phone provider service. I have Time warner digital phone and it allows to manually add a number to their block list online. Uverse allows this, vonage does, google voice does and I think even regular old fashion landlines do if you call phone company. If on smart phone, then there are PLENTY of free apps that will allow you to block numbers. No need for people to get their panties all ruffled over unwanted calls. Just use free tools available to you. Pretty simple, ladies.

Today a very nasty man kept yelling at me saying how many miles are on your car. I said what car. He said I sent you 3 policies. He said did you get a nice release from being a nasty person. OMG! I have never been harrased like this in my life.

I receive calls from this number on my unpublished phone EVERY DAY of the week at all hours. The callers offer extended warranties for my non-existent vehicles. They are told on each call to NOT call back, to put my number on the do-not-call list. This only makes it worse! Now they are calling at 2, 3 and 4 O'clock in the morning! If I call the number back (immediately after receiving a call from the number) I get a voicemail advising that their office is currently closed. Are these calls and "businesses" not illegal?? Cannot anyone DO something to stop them??

I picked up several callers like this when I vacationed in Florida. So now when I recognize a number like this ...
(1) If I have a live person on the line, I ask them to wait while I find who they want to talk too ... then never pick up until the phone disconnects and the phone company sends you a very loud disconnect signal.
(2) If no one answers, I just lay down the receiver and tie up their line as long as possible. As above, you will get the phone company's signal that they finally"get it" and disconnect on their end.  

Then I just grin to myself for a while like I finally fought back. Do it ! You might as well get your own grin and fight back.

I answered a call from this number once; as noted by others, they wanted to sell me an extended warranty for my vehicle. I told them I don't have a vehicle, so they must have the wrong number. They still call every day (at my work number) between 3pm and 4pm. Haven't picked up since, no messages left.

I am in the business and this was far from a sales call.
They make it sound very official. This is nothing more than a company buying list and selling you a an extended warranty.
Not knowing anything about this company why would anyone buy from these people.

Same number everyday three times a day, for the last week. Its getting a little ridiculous.

Telemarketer selling extended vehicle warranties. They portray themselves as the manufacturer of your vehicle and tell you your warranty is expiring and you better purchase a new one.  I told her I had no idea what she was talking about and stop calling me at work. She hung up.

how can I getthese clowns to stop calling

They have been calling my house for days and days now saying they represent Jeep, Chrysler and GM vehicles and offer extended warrantee.  I am looking to purchase new vehicle soon so I told them I was not interested over and over again.  They keep calling and each time I get someone who is more and more rude and extremely unprofessional on the phone.  I'm tired of these people calling my house!!!

Selling extended warranties on motor vehicles.  Claimed he was a consumer advocate, rather than a telemarketer, but we know better.  One in 50 chance he knew what state he thought I was in, but referred to a vehicle I've never owned.

Every day!! Never leave a message.

They called today.  Stated "we represent all car manufactures extended warranties".  No company name given.

Called me at work and did not leave a message.  No one answered.

Om 2/15/14 and again today(2/20/14) got call from this number.
Both times they have call here at work.
No message.

harassment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! every day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Keep receiving calls from this number, tried calling back but it went to voicemail
