There are two ways to stop these calls. The easiest is to tell them you do not have medical insurance. If you want to be obnoxious, tell them the "diabetic" in your house recently passed away. Pretend to cry. The calls will stop.

I keep getting unwanted calls from this automated voice who wants to get info from me. Please!!!! Make it stop!!!! The voice insists that it is, indeed, a real person, but it is not. The minute you detour from the program, the call is ended. I have found no way to get through to a real person to stop this intrusion, and meanwhile, the calls keep coming at all hours.

I get a call from this number several times a week and they just hang up.  Today I decided to call it back when I was hung up on yet again.  A male by the name of Phil Harris answered.  When I asked why he was calling me and then hanging up, he hung up on me again.  So since he wanted to play, I called back and was hung up on right away.  I did this several times and now he is getting annoyed.  Maybe he will stop calling now.

Claims to be Care Health Network but they hang up before you can get any information.

Supposedly "Bill Harris" from "The Care Now Network".... asked a bunch of questions and wanted to know if I had a credit card?????? I can't find anything on the internet about this company.....PURE SCAM!!!! I just wish that they would stop calling me!!!

I am on the DO NOT call list.  Everyone should be, and hopefully are, filing a complaint at DONOTCALL.GOV given the number of times they are calling.  APPARENTLY, Peerless Network of California is supplying out the numbers to their customers according to their recorded message, but say they are not responsible for what their customers do with them?

I have said no, several times, even told them that I am on the Do Not Call list but I still get calls.
Usually what happens is after several seconds of silence I get a busy signal.

There was another that used to call that advertized lowering my mortgage rate.
I contacted them an told them to stop calling me because I was on the DNC list.
There response was that they are not afraid of the do not call list, and to prove it
they put my number on all of their machines. I was getting several every day.
I think the only thing that finally stopped it was the collapse of the real estate market.

Ima need y'all to stop call my phone selling stuff or try to be schemer's I ain't got time for this if I don't call you then you don't need to be calling me for what I ain't buying!

Get weekly calls from "David" about blood testing at home - soon as I said "no" the call is disconnected - who do we have to complain to about stopping these scam calls?  On the do not call list but these folks still work around it !!!! What a waste of time -

I get a call every day from this number. When I answer, it hangs up.

Just yell at them. Eventually the robot (David Van Healthny) gets it and says "oh my sincerest apologies" and promptly hangs up. Haven't got a call back since, but cursed them out enough that they could probably press charges for harassment, which would ultimately get them in deep s*** for my repeated request to be placed on their do not call list.

415 363 9787 .. I GET 3-6 CALLS FROM THIS # EVERY DAY...SAYS AVATAR TECH ON MY CALLER ID. I HAVE NOT PICKED UP THE PHONE, NOR DO I INTEND TO. THERE IS A WEB SITE BY THE SAME NAME.

I just don't answer unknown calls. If they call too much I block the #. Tried reporting them does no good.

I got a call from this phone number, saying that I could upgrade my diabetic testing meter. They asked for my last name, name of my insurance, and my address. Of course, I gave them that info. I was unsure what it was about. I have been getting a lot of calls about my diabetic supplies anyways, and I thought it was apart of that.

Yeah, this buttmuncher has called my number every day for the last 2 weeks. Every time they call, I submit another complaint on line to the Missouri AG. I figure maybe they'll get tired of me submitting complaints about this idiot, and maybe shut him down.

The sad part is that for every one of these worm-ridden bags of s**t they take down, 5 more pop up to replace them... I'm definitely gonna look into a call-blocking device.

It would be funny for me to accept this call as I don't have Insurance....LOL  Glad to have caller ID, so never answered it at all.

Same thing... "David van Houfmer" (who became "Bill" when I called back) from "CareNow Network" saying my insurance company sent them to check my meter because of my diabetes.

I don't have diabetes.

They said that they were approved for diabetic supplies by my insurance company. I asked them what company that was and they hung up. I thought that might have gotten me off their list but I just got another call from them and got dead air for awhile until it clicked off.

I want these calls 2 Stop. I can't beleive all the Scam calls I get from all of these telli markiters! So sick of wasting my time as well as my money that as we all no these day's we can't afford! How can I make all of these calls STOP!

They are not actually Avatar Tech

Here is a response from the company they are pretending to be.

Avatar Technologies is aware of an illegal Caller ID Spoofing scam that is displaying our company name and phone number. Please be assured that Avatar Technologies does not make use of any automated telemarketing services.

We have filed a complaint with the FCC regarding this, and recommend anyone that has been a target of these scams to do the same. Complaints can be filed here: http://www.fcc.gov/complaints. Our case number is 13-T01164407.

This number keeps calling but than hangs up once I say hello a couple of times
