Well, they are still at it--I missed a call to my CELL PHONE while I was at work this morning.  No message.  I would have told them off before reporting them if I'd answered the call.

For the "the DNC is a JOKE" poster, I'm sure their procedures work better with calls coming from legitimate phone numbers, so they can follow up.  Most of the telemarketers illegally calling my cell phone are showing a number that isn't registered to anyone.  Its like spam...nothing real about it except the annoyance.

The number had called me a few times in the past months.  I have caller ID, only showing the city calling from, no name.  I finally answered it today.  There was silence on the other hand, and I hanged up after a few seconds.

Called last night.  Left no message and no ID.  Not first time from this # and based on other notes, surely not the last from this #.

Daily calls from this number, sometimes twice a day.  Did reverse call and number claims to be out of service...

I keep getting calls from this same company...I have a B***s*** button machine and I start it when they call.  Needless to say they hang-up.  I sell them on Ebay if your interested.

Somewhat ironically, I am an energy efficiency consultant.  Over the last several years, I have worked under contract to Southern California Edison, Pacific Gas & Electric, and the California Public Utilities Commission.  In those roles I have also worked indirectly with other utilities and the California Energy Commission.  This company, whoever they actually are (there are many companies and programs called "Smart Energy" throughout the U.S.), should be ashamed of themselves.  Their tactics are unprofessional and the one caller with whom I talked more than a minute made very misleading claims.

I've gotten numerous calls from 4153660276 - I won't answer it and they don't leave a message.  They just called again a few minutes ago.

Solar scammer and very rude calling everyday. Reported to FCC.

I got a call from this number twice in one day.  First time I told them I was on the do not call register and why are they calling. The guy said they were connected with the government with solar energy thing.  I told him the government wouldn't be calling me.  He hung up.  The second call, the guy said he was calling for Smart Energy and they could reduce my electricity bill.  He wanted to know how long I have been a home owner and if my electric bill was over $150.00.

Yes they are SCAMERS, for  a so called energy company wanting to save you money on ECO energy. NOT.!
they will not take me off their list, when I ask them to , they hang up.

They call CONSTANTLY. Ive REPEATEDLY reported them to the DNC site ( which obviously doesnt work) . They are some energy SCAM  " company" who said they were in the Costa Mesa to give estimates...blah blah blah..... SICK OF ALL THESE IDIOTS CALLING and DNC is a JOKE
