I receive several harassing calls from this number every day. I asked if he was selling something and he said no and then launched into a schpeel about their product. I hung up. He called back 6 more times. I stopped picking up and just hung up when I saw the number. When they called back today, I got the company name, Momentum. I called them at 888-469-0310 and selected customer service which is option 2 and finally got a person. If you press 0 it leaves you on hold indefinitely. The lady I talked to said she would remove the number. We shall see!!

I have been receiving numerous calls from Payment Solutions at my home phone and am being very rudely. There is no reason for them to be calling me since I do not have a credit card debt. Please terminate their service!

They got my voicemail and hung up. I am on the DO NOT CALL list.

This man called my office, asked for the owner at 3:15pm eastern time, I asked who he was because no one ever calls and ask for the owner. He got combative, very argumentative and said, how do I know who to ask for if I have no personal relationship with you. After going back and forth, I told him we would never do business with him or his kind. Very rude guy, very unprofessional, caller ID says Payment Solutions.
He went on to say he was calling regarding a law that could help our company. (Joke)
I want to report them and I am also blocking him.

I got a call from this number too asking for the owner saying this was so and so from Encore. Caller ID shows Payment Solutns. When I said that I am the owner the caller started in on a sales pitch about a new federal mandate, blah blah freaking blah. So I hung up. Well this caller apparently did not like being hung up on, and instead of moving to the next number on the list, he called me back over an over and over again. Each time I hung up on him. Any company who instructs callers to behave like this does not deserve anyone's business.

After several days of repeated calls to my home phone I recorded the recording you get when you reach a phone number that has been disconnected and put it on my answering machine. Set the machine up if I don't answer it by the fourth ring it plays the recording. The tone it emits causes computer generated calls to remove my number from their computer tricking it into thinking it is a nonworking number. Poof no more calls

HA. I got a woman asking for a "Larry." I asked for a last name - although there's no Larry at all that works here - she fumbled a bit, then said "eff you, b1tch." That? Pretty much made my day.
Blocking the number from calling further.

These people called our business again today. This time the boss happened to answer, cut off her spiel saying we're not interested, and hung up. I have no doubt they will call again because they obviously can't grasp the concept of "no" or perhaps hold onto the hope that we'll get some traumatic brain injury that will cause us to agree to doing business with a persistent cold calling "company."

Got a bunch of calls from the (415) 375-0930
Jack-a***s just hang up as son as you don't sound interested.
Found this web site searching for the number.
On page one there is a company listed as Momentum Payment Solutions with the below number.
I called it
Get a voice prompt that says:
"Thank you calling OnCor Payment Systems"
Lots of button options but I pressed 0 for the operator
Got what seemed like a nice girl and she was able to confirm in her system that one of their reps did in fact call me.
Had my number and the name of the business that USED to have this number 12 years ago.
Told her the number that comes up on caller ID and she said that is not one of the numbers that she knows about but admitted it could come up on caller ID that way.
Main Phone: 1-214-442-1700
She said they are in Addison, not Richardson anymore.
CALL THEM PISSED OFF
She told me she was adding my number to their do not call list, but we'll see if that is true.

You are so correct, and the reason why I am swamped with these calls - the nature of my business is that I have to let a lot of calls go to voice mail, and that's an "answered call" - my business phone rings all day and only a fraction or legitimate calls - the rest are these phishing spammers.

They called our Law Office and the caller id said Payment solutions and had the fake number. The guy asked to speak with the attorney, when the secretary asked his name he said it was Clyde and she ok what is the call regarding, we have to screen all our calls we can't just send it to the attorney's phone. He then got irate and started cussing her and yelling at her telling her that he needed to speak with the attorney, and she sd ok I need to know what it is in regard too and he yelled at her again and sd that he doesn't have to take this sh*t and hung up on her.
Very rude. I am the attorney's wife and Legal Assistant/Office Manager, so I tried calling back, and its just like everyone said its a recording. when I went to yp.com and pulled it up it says its a company in San Fransisco CA. I called the number on there and linked to their website and it wasn't even the same company.

Same as others. Thank God our company phone is a cell phone. I simply programed them to be auto sent to voice mail. The phone doesn't ring when it's programmed to a number this way. I only see I had a missed call. I program the number in with something like "annoysville" and that makes me smile.

I picked up the hone and didn't speak just to see if an automated message would play. After about 20 seconds, the woman asked for Chris...I dont know any Chris.

I looked at my Caller I.D. and didn't pick up. There was no message. If your number is registered with the Do Not Call Registry as mine is - I wouldn't bother informing them. A better way to go is http://www.fcc.gov/ They are more helpful.

Called again this morning asking for the owner. I said that he wasn't in. Asked for a co-owner. I said there wasn't one. Said she would call back later. Ugh....

Called my workplace once, I answered and there wasn't anyone there. So I hung up. They immediately called back asking for the owner. I said they were not available and I asked if they would like to leave a message... The guy was so robotic he automatically told me to have a good day and hung up. Loud conversation in background just like a call center.

The first guy called and started talking about our account and told him we did not have an account with him and then tried to tell me (the owner) that I did and we needed to go over the upgrades. When I declined, he got extremely nasty and screamed at me. Later that number called again asking a lot of questions to employee that stated he had no authorization over the account. I tried to call the number back, but it will say you are going to the marketing department, then on hold and finally hung up on. I tried calling 4 times! It is a BIG SCAM!!!

They call the church I serve often, and actually claim to have a local rep. They want to speak to the owner, I told them they needed to pray, because God owned the place. That at least stopped the calls for 2 weeks, then they started back up again.

I received a call from this number. The guy calling asked for the owner by name and having to carefully screen the owners calls I replied 'he is out to lunch right now, can I take a message' and the guy answers "I'm calling with oncore we have an appt. tomorrow to come out and I need to verify the address, is there a co-owner avaliable, are you a co-owner?" I figured this was a sales call but asked the boss anyways just to be on the safe side and he said he'd never heard of them. So I get back on the phone and told the guy 'The owner says he does not recall having a meeting with your company and has asked I get more information so he can call you back." The guy replies "you just told me he was out to lunch.' and I replied 'yes, I'm sure you can understand we receive a lot of sales calls and I have to screen the owners calls'. Now the caller gets frustrated with me and says 'I just need to talk to a co-owner. I am feeling under the weather and I know you have as job to do but I hate when people just assume that I am a salesperson'. At this point I start getting another call and have to put him on hold, while on the other call he hangs up and so I call the number back and low and behold the voice on the other end says 'thank you for calling PAYMENT SYSTEMS'.
The damn guy was selling something and he thought he was so sneaking posing as a energy company to get a call into our owner or a co-owner. I've officially blocked this number.
