This number has called me 14 times since 7:30 this morning its annoying

They started calling me last night and now they won't stop. I've started not answering, but it's annoying to get random calls throughout the day.

This phone called me 2 times I wonder if they will keep it up but not taking the chance

6/4/2014: For the past three days I have received a call from Ashley at Academic Advising at 415 376-0327. The first call of the day usually starts around 7:30 AM and continues until evening. When I ask Ashley to take my name off the list she just hangs up on me. Yesterday, I received another call from the number and several people in the background just laughed into the phone. Most times once Ashley announces herself, I ask her to stop calling and she hangs up or says nothing. I find this to be annoying, disrespectful and a waste of my time. I have reported the company to the Better Business Bureau and Federal Trade Commission. Also, I have signed up on the "Do Not Call" list which I hope does some good!!! I am 63, have 2 Master Degrees and have no intentions of returning to college!! Hope they stop calling....

This number has called me 4 times in the last half an hour. I may have to open a legal suit in regards to telemarketer harassment.

An Indian male called me to ask for my personal information. I wanted to know who the person was and kept saying he was part of employment services, but never identified who he was. I told him I was in the middle of class, then he immediately hung up. I called the number back and punched in my number to the automated message, saying that they were Academic Advising, so I went to their "unsubscribe" selection. These people are shady, it's all a telemarketing and/or phishing scam. Avoid like the plague!

I am being driven crazy by this 0327 number. My carrier is At and t. do they have a mechanism for stopping these calls? Very annoying. I will try calling ATT for a fix.

I entered my number adopting for jobs on on-line job site and now they are harassing me.

Caller was from academic consoling, i just block there calls and this came on my cell, wonder how hey got it.

It's against TCPA law's they can only call you 5 times. Someone needs to sue this compnany

I got 2 calls from this number yesterday in the late afternoon and  I got 1 this morning at 7:30 am. Lately I have been getting a lot scam calls for the last 2 weeks. I reported it to Verizon. Plus I am on the Do Not Call List.  I wish they would catch all these scammers.

Someone called me like 5 times while I was at work about College Academic Advisor ... What the heck, they bug

415-376-0327 calls me every hour.  Finally, I answered it and the person asked for "Suzanne".  I replied, "There is no Suzanne here, please take my number off your call list."  Then, I heard what sounded like a recording machine say, "Hello, this is Academic Advising..." I exlaimed, "Are you serious?  Is this a recording?"  Then, it hung up on me.  Good riddance!

Stop calling a zillion tines

they said they where aan enployment agency from somewhere different from the area code showing,when i started asking her question she hung up thinking i was not going to be an easy ride

Got a call at 7:13am this morning.

I get up to 10 calls a day from 415-376-0327.  I quit answering it and now get calls from all different area codes.  Ready to throw my phone against the wall it is 9;12 am and I have received 8 calls already.  I have verizon and was hoping the above info with the exclamation mark would work, but it doesn't come up on my phone.

Same thing. I applied for a job online last night and this morning I started to receive calls from this number. First  call was at 6 am.  I am going to block the number.

This number is ridiculous they have called 9 times in a 5 hr period. Seriously annoying! Stop calling me

No message. It's only 12:08 p.m., Central Coast, CA & I've already received 4 calls from this #!!!
They did not leave a vim & I did not call back.

It's keeps calling me. When I tried to call back, it hangs up.  Please, stop calling me.

Whoever that is is ANNOYING me for at least 2 weeks now. They call at anytime of day or night. I never pick up the call.

Get a real freaking job and stop.calling.my phone. I got 3 calls from the same # within 30 mins.

Advised Ashley I wasn't interested in education information, yesterday 2/3/14.  Today 1st call re-advised her of same.  Received 2 more calls, she kept voicing her script and laughed when I asked if she was a recording or was she even listening to me.  Next call just asked for her supervisor, several times and quite loudly to drown out her scripted spiel, she finally hung up without putting her supervisor on the line.  Thank you for letting me know about call block, AT&T has it too.  Tried to call number back, wouldn't go thru.

Yes I agree they are all the same.  Those that gets annoyed I understand, since I hate to have my phone ringing, and wondering if they are my friends, but only to know it's a stinking unknown with tacky area codes attached.  But if you are annoyed that bad, you really have to be-careful of to whom and to where you reveal your phone number to.  Before you assume they are calling without your consent because the call was unexpected, or even feeling one step further into violating your consent, you need to know that you maybe YOU DID GAVE YOUR CONSENT but didn't realized it, because it was displayed too careful at a way that makes the applicants overlook this part in the form, and when the job applicant fails to catch in on the disclaimers, and proceed by clicking, "Send", or "Apply" you might just gave them that permission.  

I have filled out from tons of employment site each day looking for work, and each job links me to the website that the job posting originated from supposedly.  When I finally subscribed to more than 20 different job sourcing, I started realizing their ways of working to get general info from me, for example; AmericanCareerCenter.com has jobs that I am interested, I click on Accounting II, and it'll direct me to Indeed.com, and usually a pop-up window will have me fill in my info before I am able to find out more about a job, or even be able to submit an application for the Accounting II job.  Sign up and get info, but they do this subliminally by making you think the pre-info filling out is for the job itself, but it's actually to an agreement binding that gives them the right to call you.  

Next time a pop-up window asks you for more info so they can further your application process, look for clues, it's usually a small check box missed by the applicant, or overlook since the check box on the terms and conditions is already defaulted for opted-in agreement.  Clues is also that you didn't open an account with NetTemps.com but they send you job that might seem compatible with your skills, but only to find out that when you click on a job that they listed seem to want to know further about, only to find you are not a signed-up member, those are "shady."

Mentioned is only one of the forms they will try to gain consent from you, but there are other ways I am not going to mention.  Before you give out your info, even including your phone.  Block it, silence it directly by the caller, but don't let it bother you, just know that if it is an employer really calling, they will leave you a message about getting into contact with you and to meet with you.  Those that doesn't leave a message, block them as they come with a different #.
