I get several calls a week from this number. When I answer the phone the line is dead. When I try calling the number back I get a message saying the number is not in service.

Telemarketer from Xero Accounting, which is a legitimate company with a legitimate product.

Got two calls from this number today--one right after the other. They did not even let it ring enough for me to get to answer it. When I called back to find out who was so rude, I got a message stating "You've reached a non-working number please try your call again".

When you call the number back it says "You've reached a non-working number please try your call again". Someone spoofing from this number. Probably a Debt Collector because that's all the calls I get!

Still going.  Just got two calls this morning.  When will it end?

I too have been receiving calls from this number - usually between 6:00 and7:00 PM. I keep missing their call and they don't leave a message. Keeps happening in August 2011. No mesage and no name. I call back and receive a recording "you have reached a non working number".  
If it doesn't work then why does the number display on caler ID?

Have been called almost every day for 2 months.  Never leave a message.  Thankfully not much of an annoyance because it is going to an old work number that gets transcribed by phonetag, and doesn't bother me with a ring.

This number has called me six times in two days at my work phone. Never leaves a msg.

Received a call from this number at place of business. When I called back, I got a voice mail saying that all representatives are busy and that I should leave a message.

Called our business and didn't leave a message.

They called my cell phone, leaving no message (I was on the phone). Calling back, I heard a message "you have reached a non-working number"

Asked for our Controller (who was out to lunch) then asked me questions on are we a general contractor? Do we only do commercial? What percentage is commercial and what percentage is residential? I was unable to answer that one so she said she would get in touch with the Controller again. That was it.... The caller ID said UNKNOWN. Atleast she was very polite.

Caller said they were from Intermic and asked for a plant manager by title, not name. Sales cold call. Good manners.

Me too! And they always call me so late at night. It's getting annoying.

Sales call from Continuent, a company that does integration/extension with MySQL

I get a recording that the number is no longer working and to please check the number and dial again

i received a call from 415-438-5195. i dialed back and it said that the numbe is no longer working andto please try again.

They left a message, automated recording which got cut off. It was regarding ESC/Boston (an electronic trade show) which I attended in the past. So legitimate I guess.

Telemarketing call from someone trying to sell me their online marketing scam.  The woman who called asked for the person in charge of marketing.

This number keeps calling me, but they leave no message.  Received a call on both my cell and work phone.

caller said it was the aids walk and did I want to volunteer????

Received a call from this number today from a lady asking for the person in charge of e-mail security.  They quickly hung up when I said we weren't interested, even before I finished saying it.  No pressure sales pitch, which was kind of odd, so I looked it up here and using the reverse lookup.

From the sounds of the posts here and the nature of this call, it is a telemarketing firm calling on behalf of a client.  The caller is based in San Francisco.

Got a call from this number on 6/9/10 at 8:00pm.  I didn't pick up and they didn't leave a message, but it sounds from these reports that it must be telemarketer spam.

this number called me 5-10-10, at 4:09 pm, and i called back a few minutes later and got the error message saying the number was not working.

Sales call from Netgear following up on a piece of junk mail I received last week.

This is happening to me as well. Is there any way to stop this?

Said they were from Luminus.  But phone number did not check put to be from that company
