Same j*** off with a heavy dot head accent called me and threatened to come and arrest me if I did not pay 6534 dollars in taxes. He said they would arrest me the next day. I told him I would be at work but he could always come to my station and an arrest would defenatly be made. He hung up.

The City Attorneys office said to FILE A REPORT WITH THE POLICE DEPARTMENT, get it in writing.

Lets put these awful people where they can't do anymore harm..

Same thick Indian accent. 1st call was from a Justin Johnson who identified him self as an IRS Agent. Asked me if I had an attorney and notifing me that I needed to call a Michael Carter to get details of charges filed aginst me for tax fraud and tax evasion.  Called back and was told that Michael wasn't in so I talked to Anna Jones also with the same thick Indian accent.

I was told that $7849 is due by tomorrow, an agent would be by to arrest me anf take me to San Francisco to be put in prision for 5 year to await the trial. I told her she was nuts I live on social security and they must have the wrong person.

I am calling the IRS office and the city attorneys office to reporting them.

No one needs this crap...

Sounded like an automated call with someone from an Indian or Fiji accent, saying something about insufficient tax.....couldn't make out a word he said.

Same thick Indian accent.  Also referred to important litigation.  The call was for my husnand, whose name is Eduardo.  The idiot on the phone said "Edgardo" instead.

Said they are filing a law suite against us and that they need our attorneys number so they can send the info to him. What a load of crap. When you start asking questions they hang up and don't pick up.

I got two calls when I called back their voice mail is full. called back couple of days later and left a msg in English, Hindi and in Fijian. Hope this moron will understand.

In case there is any doubt these callers are blowing smoke ....

I have received 3 calls from Calvin Jones with the same thick Indian accent. All voice mails thank goodness but my boss said to call back on the fax line. I spoke with a lady with the same thick accent and a we were done she said I would be arrested tomorrow (which was Thursday). Hmmm...I didn't know when you are being arrested that they let you know when. I'm here and no arrest but the calls keep coming. You would think these dopes would choose better names. Very annoying and evil human beings.

Just call them back as many times you can. I just called them about 100 times they do not pick up, a couple of times they picked up and I gave them a piece of my mind in English and in Punjabi as well. I held back on couple of other languages.

Same thing just happened to me, man with indian accent left a message saying his name is Mark Dawson and then when I called back and asked for specifics they hung up on me.  It's definitely a scam, IRS doesn't call you, they send letters, plus they always provide their representative id as well.

rec'd call from 'paul smith' ... told him I know that is not his name (he couldn't speak English). he claimed he was from the IRS calling about my deficient IRS payment -- told him I know he was not from the IRS since they would not call me with a rep that can't speak English and asked for his tele# and ext at the IRS and I would call him and give his supervisor a call . . . he hung up

He said his name was "Michael Carder."  The morons can't even spell "Carter."

Yeah, I just got one, they told my office "my extension is overdue," even though of course that's crap.  They even had a phony reference number.  Thick Indian accent, too.

Another phone phishing scam - man with a thick Indian Accent threatening your life for money you don't owe. Block him or ignore him, they don't go away. Your number has been purchased and you're on their call reel forever.
