Another verification that this is SquareTrade. They left a message telling my my laptop was repaired and would ship back to me today. I would feel confident in that if it wasn't for the fact that it's the 22nd and they originally said it would ship out on the 7th at the latest. Also I will mention that the laptop broke a YEAR ago and the first time they had it they shipped it back, not fixed.

Yes they called me also but I didn't answer. I did buy a product from Ebay and bought the warranty but heck I only got it late yesterday afternoon and don't even know if it works or not yet. Not one of those things you hook up instantly. Wonder if they will call in two weeks or so when I have had a chance to use it?

I received the same phone call and they left a message. That's exactley what it is. I purchased a replacement warrenty for my GPS on Amazon and they just wanted to verify that I received the email and to let me know they'll be sending the warranty certificate in the mail.

It is definitely Square Trade, calling about an eBay purchase for which I bought a warranty. They were calling to see if I was happy, which I am at this point. I hope they're this helpful if I have problems with the item on down the road. :-)

Yes. #415-541-1000 is to Square Trade. A warranty firm that provides warranties for recent purchases. You have to register your product with this firm. I purchased an IPAD2 through my Discover card and through the Discover website, signed up for this protection since the APPLECARE offered by Apple Computers does not cover accidental breakage (ANY physical damage) and purchasing this protection through this service will repair/replace the product. In speaking with Apple, they don't repair physical damage of the IPAD2 due to the way it is manufactured actually prevents actual repair of the product. Apple will scrap the IPAD2 and recycle the material.
