They call 6-8 times a day and leave a 3 second v/m.  It's annoying because, I am trying to look for work, and they have called during phone interviews.  If they wanna get paid, they need to stop call so much and interfering with those that have important calls.

I have bee receiving calls from this number twice per day for the last three weeks. Finlay called to see what they wanted. Apparently there was a second part (labs) to a hospital bill we payed off 8mos ago. Actually have to say the Gentleman that I spoke with was very considerate on the phone and surprisingly so.
Hate to say it, get those bills payed and you wont hear from this number. Fortunately mine was an over-site and was remedied.

Calls repeatedly, sometimes several times a day.  Leaves 3-sec. voice mails, totally useless at ID'ing them; most recent one longer, in Spanish, I suppose in case that's been why I haven't answered or calked back(?!).  A bit behind on a hospital-related bill (radiology), so from other posts I suspect that's the subject; also receive mystery calls from 707 AC, which includes Vacaville (cf. earlier posts).  Going to pay bills today so hopefully calls will stop soon after receipt.

I just received a call from this number on my cell phone.  A recorded message, a lady with an English accent, said that it was an important business call for, "they gave my elderly aunt's first and last name".  However, this aunt has been deceased for several years.  They said that it required her immediate attention and that they have made many attempts to contact her.  Due to the sensitive nature of this call, they cannot give out any information at this time.  They said to call them at 1-866-729-2722, and gave a case number to refer to.

They are practicing unfair credit collections by the number of collection calls oer week.
According to tmy rights per the fair credit it is considered harassment if debt collector calls more than three times per week or outside of the hours between 8am and 8 pm (if I correctly recall - you can look up fair credit collections and, your rights online). I AM very certain as to the number of times per week - that exceeding 3X per week is harassment - which this company has FAR EXCEEDED!
In order to exercise my right to fair collections I WILL be sending them a letter with a copy of my phone bill showing proof of their illegal collection practices due to harassment by excessive calling.
I misunderstood changes to my medical insurance as of January however, things have since been reinstated so, collections can be made and rendered retroactively.
I DO believe in being responsible for my debts however, harassment is NOT JUSTIFIED because I am unable to pay my medical bill.
(I am permanently disabled -paralyzed following a car accident- and thus "trying" to "live" on an incredibly small, fixed income. I simply cannot pay my medical bolls with money I dont have. THAT would be illegal!)

Caller has a very broken message left on our machine and continues to call.  He says something about if you need a lawyer before legal action is taken call 415-251-6327.  Called back just to see if we could figure it out who is doing the calling even though we figured it to be a scam.  It says that it is the IRS, and has a man speaking but English is surely not his first language.  Call is coming from Novato CA or Unknown.  

Several calls from this number with inaudible message.  The Do Not Call list has lost its clout.  Callers like this need to be fined $2000 per call!

It's a collection agency in Vacaville.   If you just call them back and say the person they are seeking as announced in the recording is not the owner of the phone number and you don't know the subject person, they will remove your phone number from their dialer.

these people call all the time. if you have an iPhone, you can go to your recent calls list, select the info icon next to the call, and scroll to the bottom of the options list and "block caller". Not sure how it works for Android phone users, but it's probably worth a look.

called me 4 times in 2 days - I have no debts uncollected & all my accounts are current. if I cared & had a few minutes to spare, would love to hear their ridiculous BS.

The no. is 415 573-0745, the name on the caller id is SNFC MT-EV, CA. It seems to be a business operates robo-calls for their client/s. They do not leave messages. If you pick up to answer, a first person will say something like to give a big discount as bait and then transfer you to, in my case, Rash Curtis & Associates. From that point on, you will be harassed. Our son's emergency room bill has been in dispute, charging us about $2150 for 3 minutes using the facility after waiting for nearly 4 hours for pulling a splinter under his thumb. The amount did not include the doctor's fees. After searching on the net for the degree of severity of illness for service in our area, the average is only about $400 or so. We informed our insurer who had already paid them $1200. Our insurer and we sent a letter of dispute and also talked with the hospital and we were supposed to hear back from them, but we have never. After about 9 mouths, we kept receiving the robo-calls and a call from the Rash Curtis, and we did not answer. Then we put block on them. We do not think that they conduct their business in a legitimate manner governed by the laws. They threatened if we did not pay, the interest rate of 10% would be added, threatened to destroy our credit. They denied that there was a dispute. They were extremely rude, pushy, and refused to listen. It is very questionable if they act on behalf of the hospital since the hospital has stopped sending us billing statement since the dispute. We read some other posters saying that they stole records or records were sold to them. So the collection could be a big scam. THEY CALL 3-4 times a day (415)573-0745 i never answer because i don't answer numbers i don't know ( they can leave a message and i will call back if its legit ) but these guys leave like a 2-3 second message that you cant understand. that's all. and they keep calling !! so annoying

Company has been calling me for an astonishing four years now. They have been asking for someone named Lerida and it's gotten to a point where I can hardly ignore them anymore. I've talked to them dozens of times saying this is a wrong number, but they don't bother taking me off the list. I get 2 calls a day at the absolute worst times, such as 8 in the evening and 9 in the morning, accompanied with a weird 3 second inaudible voicemail. They should have an F rating by the BBB with the amount of complaints they get. Screw them.

I am getting the same exact voicemails. they have called me 5 times today and left 4 voicemails, while I was at work!!!!!!!!

Rash  Curtis & Associates is the WORST of the WORST! Not only have they checked my credit twice, which are now hard inquirys on my credit report. They are absolutely obnoxious, rude, and EXTREMELY invasive!!! They will NOT stop calling me! Yesterday it was 3 calls. They have called me 5 times today while I was at work. It's a collection agency alright. I had a outstanding hospital debt of about $100 that the hospital writes off. But clowns pick and try collect. I've dealt with them before, you just can't talk to them because they're here's. I have an awesome call blocker app, that just hangs up as soon as the number comes through. The doctor not call registry doesn't work for debt collection or for promotions of companies you deal with.
I had one guy tell me that I needed to pay my debt or else. When I threatened legal action because he threatened me, the calls stopped for a couple months. Now their at it again. I just laugh, because I'm not wasting my time this time around.  Just don't answer the phone and get yourself a good call blocker app.

Actually they can. U see after my fiancee's mom died. the hospital her mom died in kept calling for her mom wanting her mom to pay the damn ambulance visit. And then some collections company started harassing my fiancee trying to get her to cover the damn ambulance fee.
