When in foreign countries (Asia and Europe), I used Line2, logged on a local WiFi network, and called numbers in the US, then Line2 called this number (4156662269) that connected to the number I called. This incurred the roaming charge ($2.50 per minute), and did not save any money using Line2-- a bummer!

This is a call from a cell phone using Line2 from Toktumi.  They use this number to call over cellular from an iphone or android.  Usually from someone you know who added a second line to their cell phone
