Have no idea who they are - I think they are trolling numbers with same names. They woud not answer howthey got my number.

I looked it up from Daremo's description above, and they seem to service the healthcare industry in collections. My mom received a call from these people.  My sister has recently had a large (about $2 million) hospital stay.

ARS Debt Collection

Ive received 3 calls from this # and they leave a digital msg. When I call back I only get busy signals. Got the phone to ring through once and there was no answer.

I received another call from this number at 1200 Phoenix time.  I did not take the call, and no individual or company name comes up on the ID.

I have gotten two calls from this number, call backs only get busy signal.

I randomly receive calls from this number and they never leave a message.  I just called the number back and said it was ARS Collections.

this number calls me at least weekly when i can't pick up.  they don't leave a message.  it is busy when i call back.  another message board says it is ARS Debt Collection......

Caller ID says California call, kept ringing about 20 times before I answered and all I got was dead air.

Just do what I do,answer in a foreign language. When these f*ckers have called me in the past,I've had them convinced they were speaking to the Berlin central police station,to traffic division (in German of course).

I too received a call from this number and the caller id list it as unknown.

This number has called me twice this week.  I tried to call the number back this afternoon, and all I reached was dead air.

They keep calling me but leave no message.  I am on the Do Not Call list.  But, that doesn't seem to matter to telemarketers.

When I try to call them back, no connection is made; no ringing, nothing.
