I got a voicemail at my work number saying my MasterCard Debit card had been deactivated and to call them back to reactivate it. I don't even have that card. Needless to say I did not call back.

I got a message from 415-707-0560 saying my debit MasterCard had been deactivated and I needed to call back right way for activation. They called my work line. I don't have a debit MasterCard and no one has my work number. Needless to say I did not call back.

Got some calls today from this number. I put them on my block list.

 Received  a call from 415-707-0560 claiming to do house repair and that
it would only cost $3000.00, they did not give a company name or their location
just said our name and address came up on their list. This number is connected
to a number of on line scams. I  have connected the FBI concerning this number.

Got a call from this number today asking about my MasterCard.  The guy on the other end knew where I lived, and where my family lives (2 different cities in Canada).  Without asking any security information, he proceeds to tell me that my credit card is being used in another city.  He then asks me if I have the card in front of me (he asks me this twice).  He then asks me to verify the 1-800 number on the back, and without skipping a beat he says "now if you can flip the card over and read me the numbers on the front."   Basically he gets you reading numbers off the card by starting with the phone number, then hopes you'll just read the credit card number too without thinking.

I told him he was full of s***.  I said this is called a phishing scam, I know it and you know it.  He didn't seem to happy with that and started swearing at me before hanging up (now thats customer service!).  Called the credit card company and reported the number (415-707-0560). Apparently they received 4 calls about this today.

I received this call I live in ontario canada. upon doing research I found it is a number used for scamming. BLOCK it please!

Guy called; could hardly understand him - used our family last name and my first initial; claims he is from Visa and starts trying to confirm my address - the first three were wrong - so I told him; he should know my address; then he tried to get my Visa expiry date - which I told him he should know if he is indeed Visa, he got frustrated when I explained there is no credit cards with my married name and first initial .  When I told him I could not understand his English (he had a thick accent) - he hung up on me.

Claims they are calling from visa. They spoke with me even when they originally asked for Hubby. When asked what cc they said TD desjardins. So which is it dumbass! Then they said it was not important he just wanted the expiry date! I hung up!

Got a call from them claiming they were from Visa Verification department.  I asked how I would know that I'm talking to Visa since the call display just gave the number, and I knew it was a long distance call.. He hung up.  F**K I hate these scumbags.

I got a call today from this number, they called twice, I answered the second time.  They asked for me by name and when I asked who it was, they said they were calling from the Visa verification center.  I saw the number on the call display before I answered and it didn't say Visa, so I asked him how I would know I was talking to Visa.  He hung up.  I called Visa immediately afterward and reported this number.  They told me there is no way that call was from them.  It's a fraud company, report them.

Wow.  here i thought i was something 'special' to receive such a horrid, threatening and abusive phone call from 'visa'.  What really annoys the cr%p out of me is that when we tried to reach someone from visa, they wouldn't even take the 'complaint!  I mean...wouldnt you think they would want to track these kind of calls who state they represent them??? anyway, its a pretty nasty way to wake up on a saturday.  I'm glad we got their phone number otherwise we would have been really worried as he knew both our names and address!! how can these guys be stopped?

this number called last night ...I never answer calls from numbers I do not know ...they did not leave a message....so today I tried calling the number back got recorded message saying your call did not go through please try again ...so I did and same recording    it does sound like a bell phone operator but the message is recorded.....the area code is San Francisco.

I got a call from this number telling me he was going to lower the interest rate on my credit card I hung up he phoned backasked why i hung up i said i don't like scammers his mouth got foul told me he was going to screw my wife I laughed andsaid i was a woman then he told me to suck his D--- and many other crude things

I received a call from these jokes in reference to my low interest Visa or MC.  I asked him how did he get my number to which then he hung up.  I think this is a IP trunked line from some off shore (out of North America) and they're just giving random schemes to suck money out of people.  If they find 1 sucker out of 1000, they're successful.  This is call fishing.

Nearly answered because our company attorney is in the 415 area; then remembered he was here in our home state for a family gathering!  As everyone else; I have no clue who or what but can only imagine the why is unethical at best and more likely highly illegal and is a pain no matter which is the best fit. Tech trash.

This scum called me Saturday morning by my name, "in behalf of Visa", telling me that I have a Visa and a Master card and telling wrongly my address. He said I just won 600 points from Visa and as a reward they will send me a package to my address. I asked him that he expects me to confirm my address, by phone? A very low IQ...to imagine that. He start yelling to me and calling me a motha'**uker, he was very nervous. I've been too, the bassttard woke me up so early with his scams. Then he called back about 10 times yelling what he'll do to me... I think he was under influence of drugs. What is interesting - NOBODY CAN STOP THESE INDIVIDUALS?

Buddy calls asking for us by the exact way we are listed in the book, but we got
our number before we were married so the name in the book is different than
what we go by now. So I tell buddy that he hasn't go who he's looking for and he
starts to call me a motherf**ker and says he's going to kill me. I think it's a prank
so i start ripping on him. He says he want's to bang mh girlfriend, I say to him that
my girlfriendis his mom and that's why I'm such a motherf**ker. He hung up. It was
pretty funny and I'm not to worried about the dude since the number comes up
out of California and I'm in Canada. I'm sure he was a scammer, but any
telemarketer thay calls us doesn't get a chance to get info as I always give them the
gears and they usually hang up. Or I tell them I'm already selling what they are
selling.

When I was first call from this number I hung up the phone becasue of static. Then two minutes later I was called again.  The person gave no name but knew my full name and address and said they were calling from the mastercard/visa head offiice. They said I had won 600 bonus points because I always paid my bill on time and just needed my expiry from my card. I asked if visa and mastercard were two different companies and there was no response.

I got a call from this number today, and I'm from Denmark! I didn't answer it, because I didn't see it... But it sounds so weird with all these diffrent stories?

I received a call today from this number but didn't pick up because I didn't want to pay recieving call costs from a another country where I don't know any people. Thals for posting the things about this number do I can from now on just let it call and not pick up :)
