I am on the do not call list and have received hundreds of illegal robocalls from 415-738-0645. They pretend they are associated with PG&E, but when I called PG&E they knew nothing about the calls. 415-738-0645 just called again at 8:15 am this morning. From web postings from other victims I found that they are "Advanced Conservation Services, Inc.," 2316 Minden Way, Sacramento, CA 95835, owned by Michael Nguyen, Entity #: C2800825. Please fine them, arrest them, do whatever you need to do to get these scam artists to stop calling me, swearing at them into the phone and slamming it down obviously has no effect.

Oh, ok...so the names are wrong, but the company is still doing illegal solicitation, yeah?  Thanks for the validation.

Before writing a comment, you should check your facts.  Michael Phong Nguyen is the Sole Owner of both Companies.  These facts can be verified on the CSLB web site.  The other people named were NOT officers of those Companies.  You can also verify the facts at the Secratary of States web site.

Multiple phone calls - almost daily from 415.738.0653.  Recorded message that begins "Attention public utility customers..."  They are calling my cell phone.  How do I get it to stop?

I too am On the DO NOT Call List - have been for several years! This the 7 th call I have received from 510-868-0461 - The calls come in around 2:00pm to 4:00pm - I too will report them! When you answer they do not speak they just hang up. One saved message lucky me, that I'll copy and send to the FCC

I listened through the entire energy rebate recorded message (they were careful not to directly say they were PG&E, but implied they had a relationship with PG&E) , and then pressed 2 to speak to a representative. When I got the person, she was sweet in explaining the name of the company, Energy Services Program, but then when I asked why she was calling a number on the Do Not Call List, she then hung up on me.

We are registered on the "do not call" list.  This number keeps calling about PG & E raising their rates.  No $%!+ Sherlock!  STOP CALLING ME!!!!!

Let it ring 3 times and hung up. This is the third time it has happened.

Keep calling me.  I blocked their 510 number but they seem to change numbers often.  Not sure how to get them to stop.  They get right through privacy manager and I don't know how they do that.

4/29/11   Got a call - thinking it had something to do with PG&E.  But it didn't.  I called back and left a msg - telling them if it happens again, I'm reporting them to the FCC.   Probably won't do any good, but we'll see what happens.

Recorded message about utility rates going up.  I listened till the end and had the option to press "2" to be removed or press something else to speak to a representative.  I pressed 2.  Let's see.

Thank you for posting this s.k.  It was so helpful and I have now logged my complaint.  This company has been calling me several times per day for months!  Can't wait for it to stop!

Calls several times a day, something about utilities. I called number back, but the line dumps.

Nuisance!!  I do NOT even have a 'furnace'; all electric.  GO AWAY IDIOTS!!!

These a**holes have been calling me daily at 2:26pm for weeks.  Time for an FTC report.

Who ever this is,please quit calling me. I work for PG&E and do not need to be reminded of rate increases. The next step for me is to inform corporate headquarters to "politely" remind you to quit calling. It's your call,now.
