Robo-call for heating, air conditioning, roof work.  Tried to imply they were PGE related, but an obvious telemarketer.  Punched 1 for the live person who told me the  business name was 'utility savings program' but hung up when I asked for address information.

Went to FCC website and filed a complaint.  Recommend that everyone do that.  Make note of the time of day and any caller ID information.

For myself, I'd go straight to my own utility companies and use one of their own programs to lower rates (such as a LEAP) and my home already happens to be weather stripped... that rather than some so-called "3rd party" offering to lower my utility rates.  These calls (and those like them) are all nothing but pure scams!!! Meant to either get your money and/or steal your identity!!! There's just way too d*mn many of them around these days... and this one has been around a while too, using many, many other numbers!!!

These butt-holes call my house all the time. So sick and tired it. Also some "BCR" bogus telemarketing jerks who call and hang up. I answer the phone the hang up a big, CLICK...

Exact same thing has everyone else commenting. Rang twice, I called the number back no answer.

Called but left no message. My number is registered with the national do not call registry, and it is unlisted.

Several calls every week. "Lower utility Bills". Don't bother to answer. They never leave a message.

It sounds like a scam.  If you need help with your utility bills you can always call the utility company.  They have programs for people who have difficulty paying.

I keep getting calls from this number.  I have caller ID so I don't answer.

Just got a call with a recorded message about lowering utility bills. Sounded like a heating and air conditioning contractor. When I pressed "1" for more information there was just dead air. Tried calling back to find out what group was calling and there was no answer, sounded like the phone ran for about two minutes.

Caller ID was "out of area"

Have also rec'd several calls from this number over the last 3 days. No message left.

Has called several times never leaving a message. Probably a telemarketer, charity or collection agency calling for someone who doesn't live here...
