They are spoofing the numbers with Voice Over IP programs and service. These guys are fake and so are their threats. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFO OR MONEY!

I Just received 2 calls from this Number they asked for my SS# and said something about being and agent of the Government.

They are illiterarte and will rot in Hell for the crule mean things that they have done.

I keep receiving calls from this number on my business line and they are asking for someone I don't know but they continue to call back constantly after I've told them they have the wrong number.

Yes,  JOHN is part of the scam I had my attorney call them and they had nothing to say. They quickly hung up!!! They r very fake and do not belive them!! They are under investigation and will be more scared then I was when they called me!!!!!

I was thinking same about this people but this guys are real i spoke with my shariff department and contacted to them again found this guys are real and can create a gr8 problem for us.This is a true legal law firm.i already paid them 520.31$ and resolved this matter and got a CLEARENCE LETTER from them.be aware don't try to abuse them all lines are recorded..............better pay them and get a LETTER of CLEARENCE....

Im not real sure but Im scared!! These people have been call my work and cell for 2months now. Stating that I owe $250.00 and said I will loose my job and end up paying back 10k in court cost if I do not pay now. I didn't belive them and kept hanging up on them. THEY CALLED AGAIN FROMM 911 and said they were on there way to my house to put me behind bars. They knew my Add. and everything I was scared so I told them I would set up payment arrangment to buy some time. I need to know if this is real? How can they call from 911?

I started receiving calls on 3/18 stating that there is a legal matter and I can go to jail. The person told me that American Cash Net deposited money into my account and they have been unable to collect- and they want the money now or i will do jail time for writing bad chks. The a so called Roger Brown called right after stating that he was from my bank and they needed my info for fraud protection he gave me account number that was closed for a very long time and wanted all new info. I am going report this to the police.

I also recieved call from the same number & i paid my loan back that i owe & was unable to pay it back because I have closed my bank a/c few months a ago & they sent me a account completion letter & i also spoke to cash usa personally after paying a loan to them & they said yes my loan is paid off now. so i don't think that they are illegal

I have received several calls a day from this number stating that I owe money that I dont and they have pretended to be my bank with the fraud dept and reporting that someone is trying to dep a chk The account has been closed for almost 1 year

I have received phone calls from these people also.  Interestingly it started out as owing 250.00 and now it is $8,684.00.  They are threatening my job, saying that I committed fraud, 3 counts of it.  I have put fraud alerts on my credit report since they have my SS#.

Do I call my local police force?

I got several phone calls from this number at my job.  The guys name was James Davis, but sounded more Indian than most Customer Service reps I have ever talked to.  He ended the conversation with "Good luck as this situation unfolds on you." I don't think so!! I am not giving them anything!!

have received numerous calls from this number when I informed tham that I knew they were a scam he started being a jerk and saying "oh my son needs mouth surgery, oh I need stomach surgery".  These people also used American names on barely spoke English

I received a call from these people stating there names are Attorney Alex Williams and Senior Attorney Shawn Woods stating I owe them some money from an alleged lawsuit in the amount of $1,$65.35.  I was going along with this until I thought about the (347)229-1908 number calling and they was the ones that informed me that it was a scam.  I am calling Law Enforcement on them.  Another number that they were using are (760)239-9098.

A fake law/collection agency. They call you regarding alleged lawsuit, and solicit your credit card number to supposedly settle the debt.
They tell you scary-sounding legal b00lsh1t about losing your job, paying $10k in court fees etc.
Those kids sound like they're undergraduate law students.
They introduce themselves under American sounding names, almost surely fake, none of those kids can speak fluent English.
When you start asking straight questions they get arrogant and turn to personal intimidation.
Don't give them any info!
Beware, they got your SSN # along with your name and mailing address!
As per my investigation, they obtained the personal info from Cash America Net Holdings, LLC.
These kids might be employers of Cash America who illegally access and misuse the customer's private info.
I notified the law enforcement regarding attempted identity theft and private information misuse.
Everybody who received a call from them, i suggest you do the same.

P.S. If you wanna have some fun, just call these kids back and tell them about the felony of identity theft, these little scumbags are really funny on a rampage.

Block the number or assign it a no-ring ringtone or buy a whistle or air horn and blow their ears off?
