We've received 5 calls from 3980 within a matter of 10 minutes. When I asked them to stop calling that we were not interested they told me they would not stop. Once I hung up they called back within 1 minute. When I asked him to provide his name and phone number he would not.
Would love to find a way to report this harassment.

Getting repeated phone calls from this number telling me they are calling from the Windows service
center that someone is trying to download unwanted files from out computer. Sometimes they tell
me they are calling from "IT Technology". Foreign accent.

caller claims to be in Las Vegas, wants to control my computer. They must think I am a real idiot. Do not trust anyone wanting to remotely control and install software. If you do, it's on you.

You little liar. This is what Microsoft say on their web site about scammers like you:
"Microsoft does not make unsolicited phone calls to help you fix your computer
In this scam cybercriminals call you and claim to be from Microsoft Tech Support. They offer to help solve your computer problems. Once the crooks have gained your trust, they attempt to steal from you and damage your computer with malicious software including viruses and spyware.
Although law enforcement can trace phone numbers, perpetrators often use pay phones, disposable cellular phones, or stolen cellular phone numbers. It's better to avoid being conned rather than try to repair the damage afterwards.
Treat all unsolicited phone calls with skepticism. Do not provide any personal information.
If you receive an unsolicited call from someone claiming to be from Microsoft Tech Support, hang up. We do not make these kinds of calls."
If you wish to use European names instead of Eastern ones, at the very least try to spell them correctly, Robart.

I got 3 calls from this number; first call was a women said my computer was giving an error message and there was spyware on my computer because windows was out of date. Then a man called saying about the same thing and wanted me to turn my computer on and he would show me how to fix it.
I told him it wasn't my computer and if he would give me his phone number I would have my son call him back.
Then I called my internet provider and was advised to call the attorney general.
This phone number comes up on caller ID as out of area.
