I told them that I don't respond to telephone surveys or cold calls of any kind, and to please take my name and number off their list. I believe that they are required by law to comply with this type of direct request; we shall see whether it worked...

Republicans or not, all parties scramble for survey data..  Associating Republicans with NAZIS is ignorantly stupid and insensitive.  You should be embarrassed for that commonplace name calling -- slander -- those kind of brainless labels not belong in these dialogs.

Ditto. Rung a couple times without leaving message. When they don't leave a message, I automatically put them on Call Block per my Panasonic DECT 6.0 cordless phone. They'll never get through. Buncha ashholes. If they call my Google Voice number, they get blocked there forever too.

I got several calls in one day, but was never available to answer.  They did not leave a message any of the times they called.

I have received no fewer than 20 calls from this number in 7 hours.   It's annoying and scares my wife.
When I ask who is calling, they hang up.   It's silent on the other end.  Whoever is doing this should go to jail.

I've rec'd 8 calls from this number since 11:20 this morning and it's now 3:30 in the afternoon.  No one is on the line when I answer.  They don't leave a message and when I called the number I just got a recording from Net Research Services apologizing for any inconvenience.  Very annoying.  Where can I complain.

Someone has called my phone three times this morning, leaving a callback number which answers with a recording saying basically that it's some research survey and they're sorry if they inconvenienced me. No one answers their phone, but they keep calling me back.

This number called me several times; but no one answered.

I am also on the do not call list, and these people relentlessly call at least twice an hour. My experience is identical to those above - caller hangs up when I do answer, and no one answers when I call them. ANNOYING!!!!!

I got a call & picked up.  Someone was trying to sell me insurance for a child.  Definitely a call center from the background noises.  Couldnt identify the speakers' accents.

They just keep calling and never anyone there when I pick it up. When I do a call back all i get is a recording ""you have reached Net Research Services call back number". No option to talk to anyone so it is useless. I also have been on the "DO NOT CALL" list since day one but some groups just choose to ignore the registry.

Just got a call to my cellphone.  Nobody at other end.

Have been receiving calls from this number innumerable times in the past few days, and 2 times already just this morning.  They even called me as late as 10 p.m. yesterday.  They never left a message either.  I finally picked up the phone, and as soon as I did, it hung up.  My phone # is on a DoNotCall List and they simply ignore this list.  What good is DoNotCall Listing if these a***oles cannot be stopped.  Can they be caught and be prosecuted?  I am going to find a way to report them.

Same here.   On a Sunday, 10 calls five minutes apart on our fax line.   Your replies above tell me who it is and their M.O. I don't care who it is..   there are reputable survey companies, and scums like these folks.

415-839-5534  have called since 6am and no one speaks or leaves a message. When I return the call it also goes unanswered and it is Saturday....

These people have called me 25 times today, never leave a message and just keep calling like the energier bunny. Very very rude. This should be against the law to call so much.

They call every 10-20 minutes all day. I answer, I don't say anything then hang up. At least it's costing them a few pennies.
