Called after a caller from an Indian Scam Boiler room called Vitality LLC 1-724-909-1455 was harassing a friend who had used me as a reference. The point is to try to have the person receiving the call answer so they can bill the said individual. It's profitable for the Indians running the scam as it goes through third party software and is hard to trace.
Also the calls aren't in my estimation from Penn Ca or even the USA as the tech used can mask a true numbers identity.

They play music for hours.  It is wasting my 800# minutes and calls in middle of the night?

Received a call on our business 800 number at 1109am...May 20..for 163.24 minutes....$10.62.  Filed a request with XO Communications to credit amount.  Happened a couple of months ago and XO did credit the charge.

415-901-0660 Call was listed on our bill May 23 1:00pm for 163.24 minutes, charged $13.07.  Called AT&T and the charge was reversed.  The representative tried calling the number and said it was disconnected.

Called our inbound 800# at 5:57pm, Eastern time, call lasted 163.24 minutes; we were charged $8.99.

415-962-0100-- Called our voice mail at 3:23 am for 163.4 minutes on our 800 number--long distance unable to track either.

A call on May 14th to our toll free number in Florida began at 6:44 a.m. EDT and lasted 163.4 minutes.  We have a Merlin Mail voice mail system.

A call came through after business hours at 6:53 PM EDST on our non-published toll-free number.  It was from 415-901-0660, and it lasted 163.4 minutes.  Apparently, the # is not in service;  no info available.

Call received on our 800# on recent bill.  This is the 2nd time over the last 3 months.  When you call it is "not in service".  Call lasted 163.4 minutes.  Phone number is 541-901-0660.

415-901-0660 showed up on bill for our 800 number as well. Also 163.4 minutes. Call occurred 4/18/07 starting at 8:44PM Pacific Daylight Time, after hours.

Received a call from 415-901-0660 at 2am call lasted 2 hours on voice mail system on toll free number.  Nothing but music.

I've been getting a couple of long calls in each of the last few months from California (I'm on the East Coast). Other numbers called from include 415-962-0100 and area code 213 with no number shown on the bill.

Nobody on my staff remembers receiving such calls, which are often, but not always outside of business hours. We do have an automated voice mail system 24x7.

At least this month, calling AT&T's customer service did result in the charges being reversed; not so lucky last month.
