I received a text today from 415-968-5454.  It said...Call me.  Just sent you the email with my website. - Marques (MD) 415-968-5454.  Did not text back number as I did not know number and did not ask anyone to send me the link to their website.  Checked my email....no email from anyone either.  It's a SCAM!  BEWARE!

tehy call 4 times a day on home & cell number

This number calls me every SINGLE DAY!  I'm fed up.

I just finally called it back after receiving these daily calls for months, and pushed option 2 to be removed from calling list.  It just hangs up after I push it.  I hope it works!

Calls two-three times per day-two rings and hangs up- I don't even ry to answer any more. 4-5 months now. ATT says can't help.

Calling on the same time every day, I don't know them so I did not pick up. I WANT TO LET ALL TELEMARKETERS KNOW ABOUT THAT NO ONE WOULD GIVE THEM BUSINESS SINCE THEY DON'T RESPECT OTHERS WHO ARE ON DO-NOT-CALL LIST. Everyone please do the same, these telemarketers deserve NOTHING

They continue to call and harass even after asking to be taken off their call list

I had been receiving phone calls daily from this number with the caller id listed as "California." About a week ago, I finally decided to listen to the recorded message and found that at the end of it, after not hearing any identification of the organization, there was an option to press "2" to be taken off their calling list. That worked for about a week. When they called this morning, I pressed "1" to speak with a live person, and yelled at a very rude woman to be taken off their list. I filed a complaint with the National Do Not Call Registry. I would suggest the rest of you do so, as well. I called the offending number back to get the name of the company, and spoke with a man who identified it as a non-profit called "Utility Upgrade Program." I don't believe that it is a non-profit.

This company calls day and night, and weekends

I have been called by this number more than ****100 TIMES!!!!!****  since February, maybe even more.  They call every friggin day!  

How do we make this madness stop!!!!!  

They claim there in competition with public utilities companies and can offer you tax credits.

If you call them back and choose #2 to get off their list, it automatically hangs up.

I chose #1, got a live agent and he also hung up on me when I asked to be removed.

I am on the DO NOT CALL list.  How are these annoying calls getting through????

I did a search for street address associated with this phone number.  
It came out as 2060 CRIST DR LOS ALTOS, CA 94024

I have gotten 3 or 4 calls from the above number which I didn't answer and no message was left.

they call every day 3 times a day, I stopped picking up, but the calls continue regularly.  I already know when it is them. They just have computer program, which dials numbers, the calls are always at the same time, at least in the morning:  at 8:05 am.  I wonder how to make them stop bothering us.

Received a call from this number and called them back. It's a recorded message about lowering utility bills. you have the option to Press 2 to remove your number from the call list.

Called daily, phone is on do not call list.

Twice a day I get a call from 415-968-3298.  I don't answer because I know it's a telemarketer.  No messages is ever left.  Very annoying, to be sure.  Calls apparently originate from Mill Vallejo and I did observe from a internet phone number look-up--this phone number appears to belong to MCI Communications.

see missed calls and no message every other day for 3 wks now; same time (around 11:00 a.m.)

This account is under the name of Sam Chapman, my domestic partner.  I constantly receive calls from my "utility company."  Today I received two calls from two different local numbers where I know there are no offices:  415 496-6129 and 415 958-3298

seems to be a public service announcement, regarding lower rates on utilities

It's regarding your local public utility programs...you can call the number back and press the option to be removed from their list.
