Yes, it is BofA.  They told me they were auto enrolling me in their credit protector service.

Sorry BofA, I believe that this is a cheap and unscrupulous attempt to take something (money) that does not belong to you.  If you cannot sell your product without trickery, you probably should not be selling it.
Calling me and saying you are sending me documents to review, then trying to slip in the fact that you are auto enrolling me tells me a little something about how you value me as a customer.  All the sudden I am not having that warm comfortable felling about my new bank.

It is a sales call - they've gotten our numbers from Bank of America, and are trying to sell life insurance.
It took 3 requests but I've had them take me off their call list.

Mine happes daily in the morning.   Message says:  "Call from..." (silence).  "Press 1 to accept, 2 to leave a voicemail."  It has been happening for a few weeks now.  When I return the call, the machine claims to be Bank of America, but it isn't clear that it is (I think it is a spamer impersonating them).

This call is from an affiliated 3rd party company of Bank of America. I read somewhere that Bank of America sold our info to this Health Protector Plus company thingy. It's so f*king annoying, calling me at least once a day. The speakers are so goddamn monotone and they literally put me to sleep (my experience, at least). Everytime I say f*ck off, they continue to say "Well ma'am, this is a free 30 day offer" bullsh*t. OMG GET OFF MY BACK, A**HOLES. Sorry for the rude language in this whole post.
