Some times before people were calling me from 844-202-6893 - I can't identify the area code - asking to renew my membership in Science Museum in Boston. I've got 4 or 5 calls from this phone number. Yesterday I've got call from a  privat number located in Toronto - 416 203-2033. A girl was asking me to renew my membership in Science Museum in Boston and if I'll do it on the phone right away I'll have a discount for Father's Day(?).  Well, they are very insistent if not to say aggressive, don't you think?

Someone called  La-Toya called from this number asking to call her back at 647-857-1872 as the call was for me and I wasn't home. I called the number and she said her name was LaToya but had no idea about what was going on.  I could hear a baby crying in the background with other noises.  I have not idea what they were trying to peddle as their main number 416-203-6859 is always busy

Called me once, talked, said not interested, called 10 times again, they didn't get the message, pests..

Called my husbands cell, i answered and said he was not in. Asked if there was another number he could be reached at and i said no he forgot the phone. Same # shows up on our house phone.

they call asked if i do custom house building and if i had a web site when i told him my site address he hung up.

i called the number back and it was answered and i asked what there buisness was they said custom website.  

i suspect that it is some sort or 3rd party data colection busness that sells to other busness your info so that they can sell you something or market something to you

as if they were really doing custom web sites why hang up on me.

Received a phone call from this number to-day.  Hung up on answering machine.  Their name came up as
1 SD15  Have no idea.

That's right, I didn't register a business number; I registered my home phone number. And the service worked very soon after I registered a complaint.

Yes I registered my home phone number, not my business. The National Do Not Call List registers home phone numbers only, which I did. It was my home phone that kept getting these annoying telemarketing calls. Almost immediately after I phoned to complain about that marketing number, it stopped calling me.

My mobile phone # is to be placed on the 'NO CALL' list immediately.

These idiots have literally been phoning me 3-4 times a week since the middle of August. After about 10-15 times picking up the phone and telling them to f*** off, I've actually gotten used to giving them the two ring voicemail. I'd love to just change my number, but its my business cell number.. Not so easy to switch.

People on here defending this pile of crap can keep their mouths shut. I dont give a single s*** about what services your company can offer me for what rates, when you're phoning me like the idiots in India wanting to let me know I've won a million air miles, you have ZERO credibility, none.

Just a bunch of ignorant hacks trying to sell a service based on people paying them just to get left alone. Business's like these have become a parasite in the sales industry, and should be boarded up for harassing people. I am getting a website developed, and I will pay more to have it done just to never have to do business with these morons.

Even a s****y business does not hang up on it's clients. you were the one probably being rude. Judging by the amount of time you were hung up on, I would assume, the problem just might be you!!!

I just called the national do not call line and registered a complaint.   Sitedude gal told me I had to renew my number every year.   That is not true, the list keeps your number for five years.   If they get enough complaints perhaps telemarketers might obey the rules   1-866-580-3625

As a former employee, I had to make hundreds of calls every day manually. It was a legitimate offer. You got what you paid for. I didn't appreciate the bullying and intimidation tactics used towards me by certain managers at the time. In my opinion, some managers behaved in an immature fashion which may have led to immature behavior by some other employees and co-workers. Even though I sold, I was not treated fairly by management in any way.

We don't do ANYTHING for free here.

majority of the posts are complainrs about calls not customer service related.  Sorry to hear about your negative experience.  If the sales rep did in fact say 5-6 days then he/she was made a mistake or simply lied.  The site takes 10-15 business to create and the person who verified your website deal should have stated that as well before we set you up.  The reason for verification is to avoid any lies or mistakes in the first place.

I signed up for an account and was told I would have a website up in 5-6 days. I kept looking and they website didn't get put up. I was charged on my credit card and decided to cancel my service since they couldn't provide what they said they would. When I called I was told that I was being charged for an additional month of service when it had been less than a month! I asked to speak to the customer service supervisor who said their charges are proactive and that I would be charged for the 2 months since I didn't cancel early enough according to them. I think it's odd they have that little faith in their product that they expect you to cancel your service before you've even seen the website they've supposedly created. I told the supervisor that and she hung up on me. I called back to confront her about it and was put on hold for 45 minutes before I could talk to her. After I said that was very unprofessional of her she told me she could have helped me but wasn't going to anymore because I was harassing her by calling back and she hung up on me again. I immediately called back a third time and was told my name had been taken off the account even though this hadn't been authorized by the other account member. I'm glad some of you have had a positive experience with this company but the majority of the posts here are complaints about a very rude customer service base. When the supervisor hangs up on you twice and then refuses to answer you calls I'd say they have a lot of work to do in that department and should consider who they're hiring.

I got a girl who seemed pleasant.  then she said my website was not working and I told her i had my own people looking after my website.  She then called back and left a msg. repeating what i had said," that I would have my own people look into it"  She said "good luck with that!".  She then called my husband's cell (its on my answering service)  and told him i was rude, and my website needed looking into as it was down.  It is not down.  I can't believe the nerve!

I look at businesses phoning and bothering bussinesses trying to sell stuff as if we want or need anything to run our business "Don't call us, we'll call you"  We own a phone book, obviously a computer with internet and we have access to look for who or what we need.  If you have to call and bug people to try to get business than you don't have a very good business.

Amazed,  If you tried calling a few prospects you would have more business.  Site Dudes has over 8000 clients up and running.  How many do you have? I doubt its anywhere near that.  

It was probably a mistake made by an individual who obviously did not pay attention to your ad.  A lot of these people who call it "spam" end up calling back.  

YOU WOULD be AMAZED at how many people who where extremely rude call back months to a year later who eventually have a reality check.  

Whats funny is, a lot of people call it phone spam,  I think a lot of these people are annoying for sending "spam" to my house.  Useless junk mail.  I also think its "spam" when people "companies" plaster their cheap signs all over the street including street signs and our neighborhoods.  What about repeated ads on kijiji and other similar sites with the exact same business repeatedly down the list.  If someone skipped your ad the first time they will not care the second 10th time.

I do websites for a living and HATE spam phone calls like theirs.
