They've woken me up two mornings in a row. I'll be damned if I'm going to hold while they find an operator who's ready to speak to me!

Does anyone know who these SOB's are??? I've had several calls over the last couple months and today I finally answered their call. I got "please hold for one of our account reps" and then the call disconected after about 30 seconds... pretty tired of these people calling all hours...
