They called my number and when I listened to the message all I heard was inaudible whispering.If they are in fact a charity,this call will only invite a call to the police for criminal harassment.

They are desperate for clothing donations as they seem to call my home every 3-4 months with their seemingly unending extensions to avoid call-blocking, poss. to take advantage of seasonal changes when households may get rid of old/unwanted clothes.  Clothing donation is a very lucrative business, as charities may not give these away to the disenfranchised, but SELL to other agencies, private enterprises, 3rd world (not as donation to the poor) consumers--> a Macleans, Newsweek or TIME (can't recall) magazine or major Canadian newspaper had done a piece on this--literally a multi-million dollar (or a-billion by now) venture!  Below are thus far, all the #'s OFCP has used to telemarket households (they may/may not 'recycle' these #s):

Got a call from this number 416-244-5665 OFCP Toronto on display. Googled OFCP and it returns "Ontario Federation of Cerebral Palsy". No one answers when I called back.

The call is listed as "OFCP Toronto". It's some company that doesn't want to stop calling for various donations (for the last year or two I was called at least monthly if not weekly). No message is left and nobody answers when I call back.
