Same thing here. We have called 416-201-0704 (the number given to remove fax numbers) at least a dozen times in the past 4 months to no avail. Can't something be done to put these annoying people out of business??

EVERYONE please call 416-259-4922. This is the REAL NUMBER to this company Peerless Mason. CALL AND BUG THE HELL out of them. MAYBE they will stop junk faxing everyone!!!! If every time we received a junk fax from this guy we all called him he wouldn't be able to conduct any regular business.

I registered on the DNC list when it came out.  Got a fax from Waynesworld on Nov. 10/08, registered a complaint and have registered 4 additional complaints since.  Got 3 faxes from him in the past 12 hours.  I called the DNC people(is that an oxymoron? lmao) and was advised I should hear something in the next week or 2.  In the meantime I have a fax receipt confirmation printed, staple it to the fax and retain for evidence.  If the DNC people don't do anything I guess I'll have to have a leaky basement or roof.

No he was not scamming 'them' .  remember, WSIB is an Ontario Crown Corporation - WE got scammed!  WE wind up paying!

Gould has officially filed for bankruptcy. He owed about $280,000.00. About $160,000.00 to WSIB!!!!!!!

His fines for the CRTC have increased! He now owes $60,000.00.
He also owes $4000.00 in one court case and $5000.00 in another.
There is a warrant for his arrest regarding one court case.
He MUST appear on Oct. 13th in the other court case or else there will be a second warrant for his arrest. Big Deal! If they can't arrest him on the first, what good will the second be?
I hate to say this, but he has beaten the system. The courts don't seem to be doing what they are suppose to do. That is uphold justice and the law.
