just got a call from that number a few miniutes ago..picked up the phone but no one answered, then got disconnected.

They call, let it ring 3 times and then hang up.
Obviously telemarketer with computer generated dialing.

Fax from travel co. No co. name. No mention of any registration. Possibly SCAM!

This number calls and constantly repeats "This is an important message, a representative will be with you shortly."  I don't have a clue who it is, but since I don't owe anyone money, I would guess it's telemarketing.

Fax Call

Keep getting calls from this number.  When I pick up, I get dial tone.  When I try to call back, I get "this number is not in service...".

This is getting ridiculous.  How do we stop these ???

Call came in 11/20/2007 and 11/21/2007. Said hello and no one responded. I called the number and got some noise like a fax machine.

Haha! this is cool, I just put the number in google to see and this thread came up.  From now on when I get a call like this, I'm gonna google it.

416.255.9375 is BAD

Two calls in a row, the second call was from this number. A heads up - I'm almost certain that this is a collection agency.

ohh an one more thing .. the first day the dude who called told me he is calling from vancouver ... hence any time you call back the same number .. it says "please hang up an try again"

Guess am not the only one complaining about these guys.

Received a call yesterday from 416-255-9375 ... dude asks for my dad an upon telling him politely that my dad is out of town and that if he would kindly tell me where he is calling from i'd let my dad know. Dude gets arrogant an tells me its confidential. I reply back to him saying its not confidential to disclose your company and that am not asking him to disclose any matter pertaining to why he called in the first place. He just wouldnt listen an he hung up.

They called back today and this time a lady asks for my dad. I tell them same thing that he is not home and upon asking "who am i say is calling for him?" ... she replies "its private" and hangs up.

Got a call today at 10:30am from 416-255-9375, no answer, but when I called back it said no service.  The call was sent to my cellular phone, weird because this is a private business cell #. How do they get the private numbers?

They call me from 416-244-9375 everyday. I am getting sick and tired of these b*****ds. If anyone can give me information about who they are and how to contact them, that'd be great. I will be giving this info. to my lawyer. FIGHT THE POWER!

The same - this is an important message, a representative will be with you shortly - over and over. I stayed on the line, it asked for my name, which is strange, because when a telemarketer calls, it's usually for my husband as he is the one listed on the number. I said I wasn't home and they said they'd call back later. I'm now wishing I'd have identified myself. I just hate being harrassed for crap I don't need/want in my own home.

I got one from this number today and when I said hello it just kept repeating "This is in important message, a representative will be with you shortly"  number that called showed as 416-255-9375, with no name attached.  Just shows as out of area on my caller ID.

got a call from (416) 255 - 9375 just after 5PM, looked like a real toronto number so i answered it, said hello a cupple times to no reply, so i hung up.

Got a call from 416-255-9375 and thought it might be legit as it wasn't one of the twenty 866 numbers that call everyday.

Answered, said "Hello" a few times. Nothing. Hung up.

I receive this number yesterday evening, and it's looking for my mom and she not home, they said they were calling from something mail, whatever, I don't remember. I ask them what do they want, but they didn't answer me, they said what is the good time to call back, I said don't know, then they hang up. Then later I was trying to call back, I heard a message saying that the number is not in service.

they call and don't leave message. knuckleheads. Likely a telemarketer or junk fax

Seems to be a persistent fax machine. I've received two calls from it just today. When I attempt to call the number I get a message telling me the number is not in service.
