they call my house every day and say nothing ,i try call back and cannot get through . operater says dial o or 1 before dialing and still cannot get through.they seem to call as the baby naps and wakes her up. how do you stop it?

Got a call picked up no voice or responce.
All the call display says is Reliance.
Getting very tired of callers that don't say a thing.

This number is an outgoing  number for a B-S telephone marketing and survey company (SIMPRO SOLUTONS)  WHo are contracted by various business (who provide your contact info to them) in order to circumvent the Canadian do not call lists.  
usually these calls will commence after you calling them, for service or billing info.   COmpany that use this form of annoyance include reliance, hydro one, bell, rogers, primus, home depot...etc etc...

DONT ANSWER, and then call the number back, you can press 1 to be on they're internal do not call list,
or
DO answer, then immediately ask to be put on the do not call list they have internally -(they say it takes 30 days to update (why that is in this digital age I will never know), but i have been on it for approx 50, and still get a call a day.  Nevertheless, get your number on it so they see it pisses people off, and hopefully get the point!

then, and this is important!!!
DO- find out what company they are calling on behalf of, and in turn notify that company who you pay your hard earned money too on a monthly basis, that THIS PRACTICE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.

These scumbags have been calling every day, twice a day, for a whole week now.  I can't see how this could possibly drum up any business.  We went with a different heating/cooling company just because of how spammy these guys are.

I get phone calls from this number three times a day on my cell phone   I never pick up because I do not want the long distance expense.  I have tried calling on my land line but get a fax line squealing.  I have also tried sending them multiple texts to request them to stop.  They have been unsuccessful.

Called and pressed 1 as suggested to be placed on Reliance Home Comfort's Do Not Call list.  Recv'd a confirmation saying it could take UP TO 30 DAYS TO BE PLACED ON LIST.  What a pain!!

Called twice in about a 25 minute spand, the first time i picked up and noone was on the other end, just silence and the second time i didn't bother answering and they left no message

just reliance calling to sell you more crap. call the number and press 1 to put yourself on the do not call list.

Second call from Reliance Home Comfort, both calls we asked to be put on the Do Not Call list.

Second call from Reliance Home Comfort today, both times my wife answered and requested to be put on their Do Not Call list. So they are knowingly breaking the Do Not Call laws.

I just had a call from this number, person was soliciting for a service plan with Reliance Home Comfort.  I taold him I had a son in that line of work who looks after his Dad.  Hwas very polite and wished me a good day. This is probably the most courteous call I have received.T7Y7

Please get these to stop calling

After receiving numerous calls over the past couple of weeks from this number I finally picked up today.  'Dan' said he was calling from Simple Solutions o/b/o Reliance Home Comfort offering home heating/cooling equipment maintenance plans - first two months free.

He did ask a couple of questions, seemed reasonable enough.  When I told him I didn't need a plan and wasn't interested, he politely said 'have a nice day' and hung up.  Not a bad experience, but I do hope the calls will stop now.  :)

When I call and press 1 to unsubscribe, the maching asks to enter the number you want to unsubscribe?!. I think it is just to confirm they are dialling a valid number and bug us more. Absolute nuisance.....

This number calls at least daily. Says nothing and does not respond to the usual "hello, hello".
