got a call around 11am (july 24 09)
never answered...called back and a young girl answered the phone stating that her mom must've called and she's not home.
weird, as google search suggests its HSBC financial but its just some random landline...

I am at work all the time and I keep receiving calls from this number but they never leave a message so I called the number back cuz it was starting to get really annoying. The most rude person picked up the phone and says "Hello" at the top of his lung...I mean if you work at HSBC you should atleast have some phone manners and greet the person on the phone. Then he put me on hold. This other girl picked up the call and says that HSBC is offering me a Line of Credit. I said I dont want it....and You better take me off the list....

She politely says Thanks and Bye...How annoying man...If the person doesn't get back to you after you call a million times then dont you get the point?? Jeessss...

Hopefully I wont receive anymore calls from them.

got a call from them too, no one spoke but i could clearly hear someone on the other end. didn't call back, just searched the number and saw that other people have had similar experiences.

YEs, its HSBC. If you got a Brick Card then its apparently an invitation for them to call you every three days and offer you credit.

This is HSBC finanical.  They called me because I have a "relationship" with another store and have a card with them.  I told them they called me and hung up and she didn't even address that.  I interrupted her when she tried to talk to me about getting a loan for emergencies and told her to take me off their call list.
