I keep getting calls from Frontline Duct Cleaning.  I keep asking how they got my number since I am on the national do not call list.  He just hangs up.  I can't find a company with this name on the web.  This is just beyond annoying.

Is there any legal action that can be taken? Calling the police on them or something? I would really like to have these clowns put in jail because it is the same guy all the time.

I also have had many of these calls and have decided the best strategy was to waste their time as well.  On a recent call I acted very interested but then said I needed put them on hold for just a minute.  I put the phone down and returned to what I was doing when the phone rang.  I made sure I returned to the phone every few minutes to again sound very interested and each time answered some their questions sounding very much like I wanted to buy their services but then unfortunately had to put the on hold once again for just a minute.  When asked how big my home was I said just a minute, I need to get a tape measure and again put the phone down while I supposedly went to find my tape measure.  If you think creatively and act a little dim you can really stretch out the call and have a few laughs.  When I sense that they are about to hang up I point out that I am on the do not call list and that I have repeatedly asked that they remove my number from their list.  I also ask how they like having their time wasted.

I just had another call and this time I told them my house was 4000 sq. feet and has two furnances and I was very interested in their service.   The caller was so excited he connected me to his supervisor who said his name was Jack.  When questioned, Jack said the name of the company was Front Line Home Services and they are located at 451 Eglington and have been in business for 10 years.   "Jack" hung up on me when I ripped into him and pointed out yet again that I am on the do not call list.

i just got off the phone with one of these guys. east indian accent, extremely rude. i did get a phone number though 647-857-6969. next time they call I'll book an appointment and I am going to take the plate number, names, whatever I can and file complaints against the company. I am so fed up with this BS...

I also didn't notice all of the other numbers that previous posters gave out.

They reportedly took me off of the call list, so only time will tell.

At least gives us some leverage, seeing as these guys called me weekly, AND I reported them to the CRTC which also did nothing.

I was able to call these jerks back at their REAL phone number, and the guy seemed shocked that I was able to get a hold of him.

He was actually very apologetic  and said he would make sure that the company does not call again.

Of course this has happened to me in the past and I still get calls, but at least now I know that if this company DOES call back, I can easily do the same to them.

I urge others to do the same.

individual called trying to sell me duct cleaning. I asked why we was calling me when my no. was on the do not call list. He would not answer my question. kept ranting awy about a special they had.I told him that I did not care about their special.He cosequently to me in no uncertain terms to F>>> off.Not only did he interrupt my dinner he also swore at me.

I don't appreciate being called on "My Time".  The company won't allow "Return Calls"; however, they don't have a problem disturbing you. They call; and, hang up once the call is answered. I've had several of these calls - hence the reason I chose to look it up. People need to ban together; and, go to the BBB about them!!!

I get calls from these people all the time.  Front Line Home Services do not listen.  I do not have ducts.  There is nothing to clean.  Do not phone me again.  The other day I received another phone call from them so decided a different strategy was needed.  They waste my time so I did the same to them.  

I booked an appointment for "duct" cleaning.  On my front door was the following note but no cleaning job.  They wasted their time and gas to come to my home.  I highly recommend the strategy.

Your company has phoned me at least 3 times a week for months.  You are an unbelievable inconvenience with your telemarketing phone calls.  I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST and have been on the list since it was first created.

I always tell your telemarketers that I do not have ducts, which is true.  There is nothing to clean here.  I have a different kind of heating system;  I have stated this many times to your telemarketing staff.    I have asked many times that you not phone me again.

It seems my messages do not get through as your phone calls keep coming.  You have wasted a great deal of my time running to the phone to answer your calls.  

I have decided that the only way to get my message through to you is to put it in writing.  Please take this letter to the owner of Front Line Home Services.

By the way, I have reported you to the CRTC and submitted a formal complaint against your company.

Air duct cleaning.  Whenever i get one of these calls, as soon as they say where they're from, i say "sorry, can i have your number so i can call you back"   CLICK  they hang up right away.
If your a legit company trying to get business, why would you hang up on your potential customers?

They know that if you are on the DNC list, they can be fined, so they hang up .

Ask them if they clean Chickens too.

I have been getting these calls too, but not for much longer.
You're on the DNC lists in Canada or USA. You've filed the complaint and still they call you, right?
You want to know what to do to stop it... You can't. You can only block them.

I now have a call-blocking box that works in the USA and Canada that can block up to 200 entries.
These can be complete numbers, complete area code exchanges, and even "unknown name & number".
Now you can block such scammers and telemarketers. They call once and you add their number to the box.
Now they are blocked. Don't know anyone in a particular area code? Block them all!

I got a call from this number but hang's up after I picked up the phone. Then I checked the call logged on my caller I'D and I saw this number calling me previous days. I thought somebody hitting on my wife. Then remember I spiked one telemarketer about Air Duct Cleaning. DAMNED telemarketer!!!!!!!

OK Morris- Do criminals register guns? Then why would criminals follow the Do not call list? 99% of these calls are from foreign criminals. They are out of reach of any law enforcement. Best advice, don't answer, or return, calls from numbers you don't know.

As per usual, lazy government officials are asleep at the wheel, regarding the "no-call" list, among everything else.

There is always a huge delay before an agent comes on the line. That's when I hang up.
