Called 3 times after 1:00AM. I got a call back number which was 416-360-0773. When I called back I got a message saying "this number is not in service". What should we do? Call 911???  Calling after 1:00AM is NO fun...what a nerve!

Received three calls this early morning, one being this number. My number is unlisted, so this had to be a phishing scammer. Really annoying, as I was in a sweet dream where I was the leader of a naked pack of sexy women.

September 05 2011  A call from this number , in a S E Asian accent, was about a home breakin and asking if I had an alarm system or monitoring. I declined to do this sort of business by phone, and asked for information to be mailed in.  This seemed to annoy the caller immensely, and I had to hang up to stop the flow.  Was he 'fishing'?

I got a call at 7:15AM from this number, twice again after 9:00 PM. The government should legislate to penalise this type of intrusion.

Just received a call from this number.  Claimed to be a technician from Microsoft and stated that my computer is putting malicious virus' out on the Internet.  Then proceed to demand that I log on to my computer so he could tell me how to run a virus scan.  I WORK WITH PC's FOR A LIVING!  I rhymed off the multitude of protection software not to mention the Firewall.  Then I asked him to give me some type of identification that I could use to verify he is in fact with Microsoft, he hung up.  Be very very careful of accepting a call of this nature.  If I were to guess, it is likely he would talk an unsuspecting person into turning on Remote control which could leave someone wide open to pretty much anything.  BEWARE.

Received a blank call from this number, followed shortly by another from 416-360-1550. Nobody was on the other side and the number didn't exist when I called back. It looks like some system was just trying to dial my number to check if it was active. I am afraid I should now be prepared for a series of unsolicited phone calls... what happened to the 'do not call' registry?

l got a call from this number today at 13:11but missed it  and when i called back they told me its not in service

Found this number on my Caller Id when I got home today.  If the previous reporter is right, it still doesn't make sense, as I don't deal with Scotia Bank.

Tried calling it back, and got Bell's intercept: We're sorry, the number you have dialed is not in service.

Just now, someone called me up from this number and said they are calling from Rogers, and they were just talking to me about 2 minutes ago and the line disconnected. I told her I wasn't talking to her at all. She mentioned someone was trying to setup a Rogers account on my name, address and License number plus date of birth (which was wrong).

Looks like someone was fishing. Because I called back on the same number after talking to her and it came as, the number is not in use.

I got a call from them today claiming that they were calling from ACER and that they had recieved several messages in regards to a trojan virus on my computer. I was told that if I do not take action my computer will shut down on me soon. They wanted me to go to my computer and follow thier instructions. At that point I hung up.

This number called my place repeatedly, hitting the voicemail and filling up my voice mailbox with a just a tone on every message, very similar to a line busy signal.  I assume the same caller also called from 416-360-1550 and 416-360-4084, with the same results.

Called me after office hours, around 6pm.  I did not answer and they left no voicemail.

called my cellphone, I didn't pick up in time, no message left.

Was called from this number saying they were associated with Windows OS & their international service centre in California had received messages from my computer saying it had received many malware and spyware corrupt files. First they said that they didn't want to sell me anything.  They walked me through various steps trying to prove to me that they were legitimate and that my computer was full of corrupt files, and that my Windows Firewall wasn't working as the warranty was up. They also told me that their website was www.pccareforall.com. As I have a new computer, I went along to see what they were up to.  In the end, they wanted to sell me, for $8/mth, an upgraded warranty for my Windows Firewall.  I called back the next morning and it says that the number is no longer in service. Then I phoned the PC Care For All phone number, and they said that they had called, and that the phone number was through the internet, so wouldn't be a usable phone number.  Don't know if PC Care For All is a reputable company for computer supprot, but the method use to convince you that your computer needs fixing is very shaddy.

Found this number on my caller id when I got home tonight.

Had a call from this # claiming to be from ICC with a free cell phone offer and a payment of $25 for shipping or something like that.  Telemarketer used the expression "on behalf of Bell" several times in the conversation. As I wished to deal with this issue directly I persisted to ask to speak to a supervisor.  Of course, the call ended.  Bell agents at 310BELL (2355) were not help either in "Home Phone" or "Bell Mobility".  Will have to call head office in Montreal to deal with this.  The phone number is a "not in service" when dialed. Does Bell allow call out phones on a particular number when it is "not in service"?  I would doubt it, so number must be "spooked" onto my call display.

I reported 5 times to do not call list ,and he still calling, I did some search it is land line from toronto and of course is Bell the service provider .out going call only ,
