Called my cell once and it was a recording for winning a cruise. I hung up. Called back month later I didnt answer they didnt leave a message. P*** scammers. Toronto sucks.

They called my cell, it rang only once then went to vm. Had a vm saying I could win 2 tickets to the Bahamas - it was a recording.

Just received a call from this number on my cell. They hung up as I reached for my phone. I immediately received another call from an unknown number which I did not answer.

Showed as a missed call on my cell (Toronto with Telus), no voice mail. Thanks for the comments here - annoying telemarketing calls! Don't they get it that sometime you worry it is an emergency from someone you care about somewhere?!

Just got a call from this number at my Toronto home.  I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.

I got a call from them only a few days after I got my visa card, and I was very confused about the whole situation when they called about a gift or something, but asked for a charge of $1.95. They claimed to be a part of Visa. They knew too much about me and what happened recently, and were really convincing about the whole ordeal. Like a moron I accepted the charge. LUCKILY, I checked my bank account, and was only charged the 1.95, I have learned my lesson and will try to not be a moron in the future.

I just received a call from this Indian guy claiming, to be calling from Rogers, about a errors on my computer system, after doing numerous tasks to show me that my computer had a error he had me go to this ammyy.ca site there before clicking on the green bar as he asked I started to look around and noticed there was a red writing warning about people using this for a scam to take your personal info from your computer by remote access be aware 416-360-8654 As soon as I realized I told him do not ever call back this number and I am reporting him to the police

got two calls one from 416-360-8654 and he identified himself from 'the computer care' and his name was George. I've received calls from them several times them asking about my renewal of my product license on my Apple product, and every time I tell them I don't own an Apple product. This time I told 'George' that if I received another call I would call the police and hung up... 30 SECONDS LATER from 416-360-8356 George calls back saying 'go ahead A^^@$^ I dare you call police, my name George and I'm telling you to call F@#$%@#$ police now, do it.'

I got call from 416-3608654 and after a pause caller said "hello?"  so I said, "you called me".  She asked to speak to me and I said "who is calling" to which she replied "it's Rachel from the Redemption Centre".  

I asked what the Redemption Centre and she just replied she was calling from Montreal.  So I said, that's fine but what the hell is the "Redemption Centre" is.  She said "watch your language"

Ok... she called me. I didn't call her.  How dare she tell me to watch my language when she called me and she wouldn't tell me what the company was!  So I said that to her. Then this twit had the nerve to say "Is that the way your mother taught you how to talk?"

Holy crap!!!!  I hope she put me on the "do not call list" because of my potty mouth.

Got called twice today by people with strong Indian accent.

I laughed my a*** off when the first caller told me he was from Windows, blah, blah, blah.  I asked him, "Do you REALLY want us to go through this AGAIN?" .. he hung up.

Less than an hour later, a second call came, same number but a woman this time.

When I asked what the call was about, she hung up.

..yeah .. ok there.

Call from this number - identified herself as calling from the "Redemption Centre" for Visa, Amex and Mastercard.  She said as a loyal customer, I would be getting a $100 gas card.  I challenged her & said I didn't think card companies would go about a reward program this way.  She continued "as a loyal visa card holder..."  I don't have a Visa Card...Goodbye.  Hung up on her.   Beware!  SCAM all the way...

I got a woman with a heavy accent to said she was from a redemption centre in MTL. And I was a preferred Credit Card user...and would get a certificate. When I asked if she was calling from the credit card company she hung up on me!

This Indian girl with very strong accent called me today saying calling me by my middle name and was offering this promotion that I got for free for 400$ gas card and flight tickets which could be use for anywhere in the USA and EUROPE she was telling me my address which is not the current anymore I was what a hell this person know my address than I hangout, and yesterday the same BS called me and offering me something else CAREFUL THIS S....T IS SCAM this ppl are trying   to get as much information as they can to do frauds under your name, DO NOT GIVE ANY PERSONAL INFO!!!!!

I got a phone call from 416 360 8654 claiming to be a supervisor from Montreal Redemption Center and asking for my 16 year old daughter by her first and last name. She said they have my daughter's information from the bank. I've asked few questions including: phone no. 1-800-944-8424 that belongs to saverscity.ca that has nothing to do with them. They were offering a gift package for the shopping points from Walmart, Canadian Tire credit cards.  My daughter doesn't have a bank account or posses any credit card. I told her is b... sh..... and not to call my number ever again!!!!!

They just called. After saying hello two times, they told me that I use a Microsoft computer and every time I use the internet, I download spyware onto my computer and there are hidden cameras that download too. What a scam! She wanted to give me tips about how to fix the computer.  Scary thing is they knew our last name.

I just got a call from a bogus Computer Maintenance Department, saying I have disturbing traffic from one of my computers. They want to remotely connect to my computer and fix the problem.

This scam is so they can hijack your machine and hold you ransom, until you pay them to unlock your computer. Do not let them on to your machine!

Received a call from 416-360-8654. He asked to confirm my information on a file they have!

I received a call from 416-360-8654 and spoke to a woman who stated that she was from the "redemption centre" and worked for a number of companies, VISA, Mastercard and American Express.  She indicated that I had numerous credit card points that she was going to help me redeem them.  When I asked "what" credit cards specifically, she tried tried to divert me into providing information on the credit cards that I own.  Immediately, I knew it was a scam, told her so, and hung up the phone. I tried to call the number back and got a dial tone.  BEWARE!

Said they were from 24/7 Windows Support or something and was affiliated with Microsoft. Said my computer was hacked and that he wanted me to access their server online. If these low lives call you, DO NOT DO THAT!!! They'll probably take over your computer with a trojan or something.

I received 7 calls from this number to my cell phone, one right after the other. If not answered they would leave FAX tones on my answering service. After the 3rd call, I tried calling the number and got what sounded like some kind of motor running, no FAX tone. After calling the number, when they called back, it displayed as unknown caller. After the 7th call, I turned my cell phone off for 5 minutes and have not been called back since.

Got a call from some jerk who said I had computer problems. I told him no dice and then hung up. I only picked the phone up because it looked like then number of a former colleague. Seems like being on a do not call list i of no value.

Same as Jules. An Indian girl claimed she was from Microsoft technical support.  I hung up immediately and she called back.  I told her to just email me the problem since I didn't want to do anything over the phone.

One idiot called me from this number (416) 360-8654 and told me that somebody infected my computer with a virus and tried to stole my sensitive information. I reported to police.

I got a call from this number and it was someone claiming they were calling from Windows stating that they were receiving notices that my computer has viruses.  However, they were claiming the name of the person who owned the computer was someone that had my phone number over 10 years ago.  It is a scam as they cannot even state what operating system I have.  When I questioned him he hung up.  Tried calling back but I just get a dial tone.  BE WARNED!  They are trying to get you to allow them access to your computer so they can obtain your personal information.  Do not allow this to happen.

I got a call from this number, and when I picked up, there was no answer. When I called back, immediately after the number dialed, it went back to dial tone. Who is calling me?

around 5 pm lady indian accent called to say shes from windows and wanted to assist to fix the virus

I rec'd a call tonight and he actually had the nerve to yell at me when I told him to stop calling me- can't call back!
