This morning i got a call from MR Don Vence, WOw he was looking for my husband. So he called me all kind of names!!!!! Never heard such vulgarity!!! Called me a f****ng bi***,exc i had idea what he was talking about and he calledfrom a blocked number....LIly

I also had a call  from Credit Control Central Inc. Its unbelievable how he ( was introduced as mr. Don Vence) was speaking  with me! I have never seen this kind of behavior . Very rude, named me with bad word!

The company he works with is called Credit Control Central ... He is a total loooooozer. Just hang up on him ... scum.

Hello, this company and this gentleman (if thats what he can be called) is offensive, makes threatening comments and breaches ALL concepts of the code of collection agencies, I have received numerous rude and threatening phone calls, voicemails, and he even called my old phone number today, as the people who live in our old house are our friends and he threatened them as well and said he was from Bell CAnada, I have notified my lawyer, as i am a business owner, and will NOT tolerate this. This is absolutely UNBELIEVABLE, when i did a search for his business license number nothing comes up, no search results found, not sure if he is operating under a different name for his license. He is trying to collect money from my business for a newspaper that closed their doors and went bankrupt that we use to advertise in on a weekly basis. we were not informed they were going bankrupt and the invoice he is harassing me about was done in advance, therefore no payment is going to be made on our end as the business owners, because the advertisement was never published, the dates are for after the business closed!!! I am NOT and NEVER will pay for an invoice that wasn't true and valid. We need to close this guys business down.

I just received a phone call from this number and the person on the phone was literally screaming at me throughout the call, hurling insults and threatening me physically. If he ever calls again I will make certain to record the call.

Does any one know the full name of "Frank" the employee from this company, credit control center inc.
This man Frank has repeatedly violated the laws stated under regulation 103/06 of the collection agencies act. He faces a revoke of license very shortly and there are number of investigations on him currently. I have personally been attacked by this incompetent, uneducated mobster imitator who has also breached the privacy act in front of members of my family who were not permitted to be spoken to about the subject. In fact he called and threaten my little brother who was 14 and truly terrorized him over the phone. The police along with the ministry of consumer services are on investigating this issue. Its petty that someone so shallow minded and negligent would make all of these mistakes and still refer to them selves as a professional. Anyone who does have a complaint on this company and Frank do not hesitate to follow the link above and file the complaint. Any persons who have been verbally abused, threatened, or harassed by Mr. Vance are advised to first send a letter by registered mail complaining about his behaviour at the CCCI address given above, requiring him to cease and desist. If the behaviour continues, complaints can be directed toward the Ministry of Consumer Services in writing or online - although online complaints will require the same documentary evidence (ie a copy of your previously delivered registered letter) as for a complaint made in writing.

There is no excuse for Mr. Vance's contravention of the Ontario Collection Agencies Act - OR 103/06 was passed in 2006. If he continues to harass people over the phone, I recommend that you begin to record your calls with him, being sure to notify him at the outset of the call that the conversation "may be recorded for quality assurance purposes." After the appropriate steps have been taken with the Ministry, it will be much more straightforward to implement measures through private civil litigation that bring Mr. Vance and his unfortunate public relations problem to heel.

i received a phone call asking me to pay money, have no bill or invoice, never heard of this company or name yet when i asked him questions turns out to be he's looking for my wife and he also breaches privacies yet if you ask him about his coordinates he gets offended big time and he treathens to charge you with harassment

Collection agent Frank - low life "tuff guy" looking for wrong company. He really tries
to be intelligent and intimidating at the same time. Warned me not to threaten him when
I only requested he not to ever call agian due to his misinformation. Also warned me that
"I don't know who I am dealing with" wow very scary guy. lol.
In this day and age he should be asking himself that about who h calls.
He is fortunate he sit's on the other end of a phone. You should actually call this number
up and listen to his voice quit funny accent Kinda of Italian macho with a New York slang.

caller says , he have a great deal for me , just send $50 check to him , he will send $100 cash back ... i hang up

This guy called me recently not looking for me but talked to me anyways... major breach in privacy if you ask me.

also said I threatened him when I said "You'll get her in trouble if you call her work" I don't know how thats a threat... but then he made a threat of his own or at least his voice tone made it sound like one...
"Well you just tell her... We'll see, We'll See, Tell her that!" then he hung up on me.

also yelled through the whole conversation. someone try and get his company name so we can complain about him.

This guy claims to be a debt collector, but all he does it yell at you and threaten you, he wont give up his companys name or address. he also phones my work and refuses to tell me how to got that number and refuses to stop calling even at my bosses request.

this man is a vulture. and the more i look into him the more he seems to be a fraud. Don't even bother talking to him.

This guy called looking for someone I had never heard of. I was very polite and told him he had the wrong number. He started arguing with me saying that he has legal documents that tell him otherwise. I politely told him that his legal documents were wrong. He demanded to know how long I'd lived here and my full name and address. I said I wasn't giving him my full name or address. He told me that he would find out anyway and call me back. Then he hung up.
