is it a legitimate company? and do employees get paid or are they being ripped off?

Have been receiving calls from Jimmy Kilpatrick for over a year at my office.  We are not interested in ordering anything, and have never told him otherwise but he just doens't give up. And will call multiple times in a day finally to the point where I stopped answering the phone when their number came up.  We went about a month without getting a call, figured that maybe he was going to stop calling us, but Monday he started calling again.
So today I called their customer service number, and asked to be removed from their internal call list the lady was very polite and took the information.  So fingers crossed that it works.  Their number to be removed is 877-748-9884.

This company, synergy marketing contacted me last year, and I told him I did not want his product of 100 Keychains, they are of no use to our company, he contacted me again this year, was very rude to me and told me they had made the product already and was shipping it out, I refused the package and now Marshall Holden the owener has been in touch with me, stating that he has a recording of my ordering the product, which I clearly never did, I have reported him to the better business bureau, and now maybe even to my solicitor to stop the harrassing phone calls. And the RCMP

If you are still getting calls that are rude and abusive, why not call the BBB for Canada and register complaints.  From what I have read here, there is no way they could maintain their current A+ rating if your complaints are legitimate.
For myself, I just don't answer the call.

They are now calling the office again after I received a .50 cent flashlight I paid $6 for plus set up and shipping.  The products are Garbage and they over charge for shipping.  Big scammers!!!

I work for a Big 5 bank in Vancouver, and this morning I received a very disturbing phone call from this company.  I couldn't understand the name of the person or the company, when she said "synergy", her foreign accent was very thick.  I told her I was busy, please send me email, she insisted that these Mont Blanc style pens would be gone by the time I read the email.  Her goal was to sell pens to me for $5 apiece, PULLLEEEEEZZZZZ!  I asked for her website and landed here.  I would like to make a FORMAL COMPLAINT against this company.  The salesperson was rude!!!

I found the website and called the toll free number and asked to be put on the DNS list.  Then I tried the "contact" button to send email, so I could record it in writing, but the contact button doesn't load.

Guys, the comments on here that are in a positive note, are posted by Synergy under different names.

Long story short, heres the cost breakdown for their goods.

If you buy an item that costs you $10.00  their net cost is aprox $1.55
They charge shipping and set-up costs as well (usually)


Lets say you buy $360.00 of goods

add about $50 shipping/set-up etc

$410.00 to your door

Its engraved/printed in house once it arrives from china (and is engraved with either "MADE IN GERMANY" OR SIMILIAR)

Just got a call from this company.  They asked for the owner by a "nickname" that they invented.  When I explained that we did not accept unsolicted calls, he asked if I knew where he went.  I told him that he retired about 3 years ago and owns an island now... caller asked if we were a Corporation and when I told him yes, he apologized for the intrusion (he knows we will prosecute to the full extent of the law, and have in the past - and won).  He apologized again and hasn't called back again.

I just had a call from this number 416-398-5668. They asked for the owner of the company by name, I told the guy I could help him. He says that he is following up on a fax that he sent over regarding a deal on flashlights they wanted to make. I said no were not interested and hung up.

i had a call from this number too and they swore at me because i told them that we were very busy, so i just hung up on them

I think that most of the comments on this post are ridiculous. |Yes your totally right telemarketers do have a high powered aggressive bulldoggish sales pitch , but to be honest with you if there is one thing I know in this world today you either GET LOUD AND MAKE MONEY OR YOU DON'T AND YOU CRUMBLE. I too received a call from a guy named Justin from synergy . He didn't call me and say he spoke with me b4 he asked How I was doing introduced himself and started his pitch. He pitched me on some keychains and to be honest with you i was amazed by his enthusiasm and they way he pitched. I said no a couple times even though i was interested in the product before he started to pitch me (I had a conference coming up) and he told me exactly why I needed them and what to do with them he was good. I ended up getting the key chains and i have been dealing with synergy ever since. If you do your research, real reasearch you will see that they are better than the competitors and they also loan money through a merchants company. Jeff and Marsh are not the owners they just Run it.

The owners of synergy are nothing more then cult leaders.Who take advantage of their employees by having them sell chineese imported crap for pennies on the dollar and have them sell it at very high prices. Their entire pitch is designed to push the client into buying and leading them to believe its a quality item. They pay thier sales cash and not by cheque like normal businesses do because no one would work there if it wasn't cash. And not that it really matters but both the owners jeff and marshal are cheating on there wives with employee's jeff is sleeping with the cleaning lady and marshal is sleeping with rashleigh the receptionist. It goes to show you the type of people they are. What type of man could kiss his wife and kids and go out and sleep with young vonurable women who r probably more intimidated of them then atracted (you would know what I mean if you seen them) They have managed to keep thier wives in the dark but hopefully not for long

Our organization maintains a public directory of members, mostly in the US. Synergy has been plucking numbers out of that directory and calling them, suggesting that they are somehow affiliated with us. We have asked them to cease using our name, and we'll see what happens.

This company and there constant harassment cost me my job I would love to see this joke of a business go under and anybody that does business with these bunch of goofs is a goof
I get calls from 10 different people everyday saying the same lies and stories as the other losers that work there say.
Do yourself a favor and tell everybody you know NOT TO DEAL WITH SYNERGY MARKETING OR THE BEST PROMO PRODUCTS.

Its a good thing this site exists! I've been trying to call this number back all morning and it sounds like a fax machine!

Just got a call from 416-398-8332...sounds like the same people who are calling from 416-398-5668.
Some promotional thing wondering if i wanted to buy 50 mugs...when I said no and that I never talked to them before the slammed down the phone

It's a Canadian company called GoSynergy.  Their salesmen act like they're your best friend and claim that you asked them to call back when they had some new promotional item.  Asking them to take you off their list is a lark.  They don't care and expect another call in the near future.

these people have called me at least 20 times.  Last week some guy called and asked is he can speak to the owner, so I asked who it is.  he said 'Gus'.  I asked him "Gus from where" thinking he was a project manager or something at a general contractor and he goes "Gus from Toronto."  Thats when I remembered reading this site cause I looked up the number once before.  I said to him, Toronto is a big place, youre going to have be more specific than that.  Don't worry its Gus from Toronto the owner knows me.  I asked him how he expects me to take him seriously when he refuses to tell me the name of the company he works for and he got rude so I politely told him to go F*** himself and hung up.  they've called at least 5 times since then.  I'm sick of these idiots.

This guy was pressuring me to talk to the President of the company I work for, acting like he was his good friend... he asked for his cell phone number and when I kept repeating that he could leave a message and I could have my boss call him back later He said 'My name is Charles 'something or other' and he spelled it out very quickly, then he said the number is 416- Go F*** Yourself.  I *69 the number and came up with this one - Googled it and it is GoSynergy - yep...I'll be calling back to talk to the President of HIS company shortly....

I have received over 10 calls just this morning from this number. They think we are a marina on the east coast, but I keep telling them we are a golf course in B.C. Unfortunately, they won't take us off the list even though the girl who keeps calling said she would. She denies that she keeps recalling us everytime, by the way. Now that I know her name, she won't be able to do that anymore.
