I KNOW THIS COMPANY, SYNERGY IS LOCATED ON KODIAK CRES. IN NORTH YORK, MY EX WIFE WAS AN EMPLOYEE THERE ABOUT 3 YEARS OR SO AGO, WHILE WE WERE STILL TOGETHER. THERE PRODUCTS ARE COMPLETE JUNK, THERE EMPLOYEES USE AGRESSIVE HIGH PRESSURE SALES TACTICS, DUE TO THE FACT THEY ARE MOSTLY PAID BY COMMISSION ON THERE SALES AND ARE OFFERED QUITE A FEW PERKS FOR SELLING. " Leo" From Synergy just called and said " Can I speak with John" I said "John Who? " he said Johns last name and said" I spoke with him about 6 months ago" I then said " What is this regaurding?" and he replied "business" and I said " john is unavailabe can I take a massage' and Leo said " YOU ASK ALOT OF QUESTIONS! " I said well I am Johns Administrator and I wont go get his out of a meeting for your call if its not important" He said WELL IS HE IN A MEETING? " I said yes he is....Loe then siad he would call later and dI said well I hope hes not in a meeting then too! I hung up... I am so tired of these calls! What a jerk!

Got a call from them name this time was Bruce Cameron, tried to keep him talking on the phone for a few, was in a huge rush to get off the phone once I told him my boss wasn't in today, but I'd be more than happy to take a message, he said he was using someone else's cell phone but he would be calling back another day.  Can't wait to tell him that I want to speak to the owners Jeff and Marshall if anyone calls back from this number.

I have bought from this company in the past (WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE!!!) They will not leave us alone.  I put them right up there with those companies that try to sell you toner and light bulbs.  The trick is...try not to lose your patience.  I find that if I don't give them an opening but thank them for calling and hang up they generally leave us alone for a couple of months.

I did business with the company in question Synergy Marketing Consultants and out of the 4 transactions I had with them 3 did not meet my needs. I had occassion to reject items (money clips) and it took many months to resolve. I do not recommend this company. I was dealing with a guy named Ian Anderson and found out after he left and called me from another marketing company he did not even use his right name. Before doing business ask the sales rep to provide documentation regarding his / her actual identification, if they cannot deliver, hang up / don't deal with them.

These guys continue to call me despite my repeated attempts to have my number removed from their database.
My advice, which I have just done is to register a complaint about them on the National Do Not Call List:

I also got a call from a female asking for Doug(my husband).We work togther and I always answer the phone. When I said he was not available she said she was his cousin and needed his cel#. I said I don't give out his cel and she could leave message: I'm his wife. She said I must have missed the wedding. Then hung up. We have had previous calls from this company before, and they are nothing short of rude.

Got a call from this girl who said we had talked before, had some pens to sell high pressure but no deal hear, luckily I have had the misfortune of dealing with collection agents and she sounded like one of them.

they are constatnly calling using every excuse from being a relative to having just spoke with the owner but was cut off.  Since we are husband and wife operation I finally told the girl on the other end that "Bob" was no longer with us.  I got her speechless because I made it sound like he had died.  Ha they haven't called since, but I am not holding my breath.

I just had a call from this number. When I answered I asked if the gentlemen could hold as I was the only one in the office answering the phone at the time. When I went back onto the phone and asked how I could help him he was very rude and said "he didn't appreciate being cut off and our company had just lost our business" he said, "when the president asks why they lost his business it was going to be because of his slimy secretary who doesn't have the courtesy to even listen to what the client has to say"... This is the first time a caller has ever been rude with me when I have asked them to hold. I looked up his number on our computer and we couldn't find him in the system.. Then I googled the number and this is what I found.

Just received a call from this number and this guy was rude and beligerent over the phone trying to sell some christmas card. When he finally understood that i will not be buy he just went into profanities. can we stop this guy or woman by any chance?

Received a call from Terry O'Reilly who wasted a good 20 minutes of my time trying to sell me some expensive pens that magically changed price at least 4 times throughout the phonecall.  

Most disturbing was half-way through our conversation, "Terry" - in frustration - said "look - 6 months ago you put an ad in that stupid Charity Magazine for the Firemen, these pens won't be such a waste of your money, probably nobody even looked at that Magazine anyway".

How are these two things connected?!!!  

It's pathetic that people are able to make a living this way - they should be ashamed of themselves.

The best way to deal with these high pressure pricks is to order thousands of dollars worth with ( a bogas logo )printed so that when they ship it COD and you don't accept the order, it gets sent back to them and it's useless to them since it has a logo on it. Oh ya and it didn't cost you a cent. How many hits like that can they take before they go out of business.

Someone called from this phone number. They sounded slimy to me...same bad experience. Just don't pick up the phone...

I am getting one call each day for a week now. The girls name is "Aisha".. She said just to start can I send a box of 200 pens? You pay only to the UPS guy on delivery.

Why is it that these people continue to call even though our number has been registered with the National Do Not Call List?  They are extremely rude and even make it sound like they know the boss personally and that he is expecting their call.  I love listening to his side of the conversation when they do happen to get through to him.  I sometimes put them through just for the pure pleasure of hearing him tell them off in high style!

Just got a call from 416-398-8332.  I missed the call but googled the number and this is what I found.  Now I cannot wait until they call me back again.  For everyone who's been ticked off by these guys...well don't worry...I'll twist them inside out so bad they won't know whether they are coming or going! :)

We have found out that this compnay buys and sells your personal info from other sales reps from other companys along with your order.  In our case they not only screwed up the spelling on the duplicate order  but the mailing address.  when we finally got wind of all this there is a collection agency calling I asked for the invoice which I've never seen before.  The invoice is for $1200.00, in a bogus order.  wrong address/wrong name.  I'm sending this to the fraud dept at the RCMP.  Do not talk to these people!!

This boiler room of sales guys suckered my husband in on some calendars and now they won't leave us alone!

Got a call from a pushy clown at this number. Claiming that he was "working with Don who had handled all of our promo marketing in the past." I've never worked with a "Don" or bought any promo goods at any time. Also kept saying that "I've never steered you wrong before". Wanted to overnight 400 pens and kept asking what phone number I wanted on them.  Complete scam artists looking to slam busy people with promo sales. Avoid them like the plague and don't be nice about it.

They can call any business because the do not call list is only for personal phones not business lines unfortunately. You can make complaint on-line at DNCL and they will accept it but not investigate, just make a count of complaints about them

He said "Hi Nina how is the broker business?" Told he had the wrong number and hung up on him.
