reverse lookup gives adresses

I just got a call from this number, about 20 min before i got a call from a blocked number. Both calls they were asking me about my computer. i know this is a scam. It has been on the news and all over social media. When u call the number back it asks u for a card number followed by the pound key but there is no way to speak with some one. They also use a 647 number..... Do not give these ppl ur info!!!

Some foreign speaking person called and harassed my mother from this number.  They wanted to speak to me regarding my recent computer purchase.  I never registered my new computer so I wonder if they hacked into Staples to obtain my information or got it from my Internet supplier.  Luckily my mom didn't give any info and I'm not insane enough to give out my cc# or other personal info.

Somebody is working overtime in a boiler room involved in the Credit Card or Crap Service scam.

Got called on New Year's Day. Nothing at the other end. Somebody is working overtime...

Is this this just organized harrassment?

Got this call just now. Didn't pick it up as it appears to be an odd number none of my friends have. Checked and sure enough it's a scam. Blocked and never ring my phone again. People with landline should just pick it up and don't say anything will cost them time and money.

recieved call today (Dec.18,2012), some one speaking with in broken voice, he/she offering some thing. I told that I am not interested. After reading these posting, it is confirmed this number is scam. Thanks to guys who initiated this post

I've recieved 3 calls in the last 20 minutes.  No voicemails, so the last time they called I answered by never said anything.  I heard a confused sigh, then they hung up after about 20 seconds.

Got a call this morning from this number 416-477-2333 and they said they were with Publisher Clearing house and wanted to send me a parcel with a large cheque as I was a winner...wanted my credit card number...when I told him it was a scam he tried to tell me it was legit and then he said have a nice day and told me to F**K off...

Just got a call from this number. I didn't answer. And on calling back asked for card number & pin. Weird. Glad i checked for this number online, and see all these posts.

This number just call my phone .......I called back enter you'r card number followed by the # key ....who gave these ppl my # to begin with ....I should sue bell canada to cause my # sould be unlisted.

Just got a call from this number.  He said it was some visa/mastercard verification and said something about my interest rate (could not understand his accent - pakistanian or something similar)...when i said i didnt understand, he hung up haha

Just got this call with no one there .  Just before I hung up an automated voice says "good-bye".   I guess they are just trying to find out if I'm home.    I won't answer this no. again.

Just received a call from Nathan Scott of RC Corp. wanting to send financial investing information to my boss (asked for him by name) and could only send the information if authorized by my boss. That type of "authorization" usually ends up with a package and an invoice for the materials that "the boss" approved and ordered. I said my boss does his own investing and is not interested in any informational material. I then asked him to remove all contact information from their database. I wonder how long it will take them before they call back again. Oh well, just another number to make a note of.

I received a call from this number yesterday but luckily I was not home but searched it on Google to find it is a scam number to win a trip.

Just got a call from 4164772333 claiming that Windows had reported an error from this IP address.  He also said that my bank account had been hacked.  I swore at him saying that it was he who was trying to scam me and to shut up and hang up.

Got a call from them claiming to be from the Operating Systems Company telling me that my computer sent them an error message.  I asked him if he was from Microsoft and he went on to try to tell me what an Operating System is.  (I'm a programmer) I knew he was full of it and hung up the phone.

Don't give him any information.

My call was one claiming to be Windows tracking a problem with my computer.  I told the guy he needed to repent and stop trying to get unauthorised information from the unwary.  I told him that he would have to answer to God for this and that he needed to get an honest job.  He had the audacity to keep on insisting that he really was from Windows and that I had him wrong, so I hung up.

Lately I have been getting calls from the following number (416) 477-2333, the most recent was this morning at 9:39 PST, telling me I was eligible for a draw for several thousands of dollars, gas vouchers, and tickets for a trip using West Jet, among others. When I told them that I have no plans to travel until 2013 and have no need for the vouchers, they said "thank you" and hung up!  I am getting fed-up with them calling me!

I just got this call now, and after a big pause of silence, all I heard was an automated msg saying "Goodbye". it was weird.

Got a call nove 14, 2012, i missed the call, called back and it says enter you card number!!! any number that you call back and they don't answer the phone is a scam!!!

I've posted on here various other numbers that have been doing the exact same thing.. All these numbers seem to come so far from the toronto and hamilton area.. Also, they all seem to have the same phone providers, Fibernetics corperation? That isnt who calls but they are obviously supplying many shady operations with phone lines as of late =/ I've had 3 calls today so far to my cell phone.. 2 of which were from the 416-477-2333 number and one was something with a 289 area code. ((that 289 one tricked me into answering as i thought it was my aunts number, how wrong i was lol))

Got a call on 13 Nov/12 @ 2:56 saying that I entered my name for a free trip in the last year.  I didn't stay on the phone long enough to hear the rest.  Googled the # 416 477 2333 and sure enough it's a scam.
