The user's service was terminated last week, after I put in the right complaints. The user failed to stop their illegal activity, they did not honor the do not call lists, and continued to harass people, so I had their service disconnected.

Eventually, they will get another carrier, and if I get more calls, I'll take steps to have a court of law sanction that person from ever owning a phone again.

I'm in the process of taking that caller to small claims court for damages.

You need to complain to their department since their customers rent phone numbers from them.

You can also request a copy of their Terms of Use, and write a letter to get the caller to stop

If the caller doesn't stop and the company fails to do anything about it. You can continue with legal proceedings and hold both the company and the caller liable for damages or an injunction.

Speak to a lawyer or paralegal about this, usually they offer free consultations. For a paralegal to draft a legal letter can range anywhere from $50-70 and for court action $190 but remember you ask the court to award you back those costs from the telephone company, if ordered they must pay you back the money you spent.

I get this call and other telemarketing nonsense at work.ALL DAY LONG. I work on a switchboard. They ring our departments too and it's a ridiculous waste of out time. So thank you to those who posted Fibernetics' contact info. I will now transfer EVERY SINGLE ONE of those calls back to their public relations department. (option 5 on their menu) Let's see how they like it.

Got a few calls from this number too. I didn't pick up but it's the same 'debt help' B.S. I've called the CRTC Do not call list and was told they're already looking into this with the police. I suggest that if you get these calls on your mobile, you screen the number and just don't answer. HTH

Called my cell phone (Koodo/Telus) and the voicemail was just a machine talking about debt.  They must be using auto-dialers or something since my cell number is private.

F****ards that pretend they want to help you with your debt - in other words they're scammers.

They also seem to operate from 416-477-2806

Left lengthy message on my cell--couldn't tell you what they said exactly.  I immediately recognized it as solicitation of some sort so it was immediately deleted!!  They are annoying!!

I keep getting annoying calls and messages from 416-477-2803. I've tried getting myself on their no call list numerous times but they still call. I now don't answer but I still get voice messages. I want it to stop!

This is a company that practices deceptive marketing and fraud and they also call people on the do not call list.  Use the numbers below to report them.

1.    CRTC 1-866-580-3625 = Do not call list.
2.    ANTI FRAUD 1-888-495-8501 = Fraud.
3.    COMPETITION BUREAU 1-800-348-5358 = Deceptive marketing.

Did a research online and found the owner/service provider. Looked up the info via Wikipedia... Surprising discovery.

The same number calls me at least 5 times within the past few months and can't return the call. Very annoying when I am not in debt.

There's another number that keeps calling about having over $10k to invest/manage it... really!?!?! Who has $10k when they have to live with the cheapest cell monthly package???

Just called my cell phone (With Fido) and same robot telling me about solving debt....this message has been popping up from different numbers on many people I know's house and cell phones; they even called my work place!
