Don't want or need calls from people who don't answer when I pick up!

Called a few times in the last few days, nothing the other end. Annoying.

Why waste our money with a long distance call?  That would make us just as annoying as they are.

This number has called me twice, already this week. I do not answer calls from #'s I dont know. My number is also on the "DO NOT CALL LIST".

got a call at 19:45...same as most...hear breathing, but that's it. I say hello once and once only and promptly hang-up if there is a dumb a s s  , like this one, on the line.

Well, as Canada is not the same country as the US, of course they aren't subject to the US's National Do Not Call List. Or are you the one who doesn't understand what the "National" part of that means?

A Toronto number. Called back the number middle of the night, they answer "Nanos Research". Tried just for kicks to be re-directed to their service in French; a kinda sexy female voice answered "SDS".

I received a call from this number this evening, Friday, March 13 at 7:03 atlantic Daylignt Time. Noone answered when I picked up.

Who is this/  And why won't they leave a message???  I pick up the phone, but then they hang up!! Grr!!!!!

They have called 3 days in a row at 8 in the evening no one there. I held on but they just hung up

Yup - just called me - no answer. WTH?

March 13, 2011 at 7:56 PM my mother who is 90 and in a Long Term Care Facility received a call from this number somehow at 8:00 PM Bell called her number back from what I see on the bill the first time her phone was busy.  She received her statement just today billing was $2.95 for this call according to the bill the duration was 1 min.  Now that I know who made this call her phone number  will be placed on the do not call list.  It is time the authorities took these people out of action.....

i also left a nasty voicemail for John Nanos at this number 1-888-737-5505 ext 223. I left him a message to listen to, come tomorrow morning when that jerk gets to his office on what he can do with his auto dialer and where he can put it up what oriface.  I also left on it that i have reported to the ndnc list on the time of day and what day his auto dialer called my house and to take me off his dang list.

I lied... the auto dialing drives me nuts... So I filed a complaint at the NDNC anyways...  I looked up the rules for the telemarketers and auto dialing... mon to fri 9am to 930pm and sat/sun 10am to 6pm.  I believe that is a violation right there since the morons called here at 750pm.  I did say i HATE the telemarketers.

I just got a hangup as soon as my answering machine picked up from this number... I HATE ALL  TELEMARKETERS!  left a nasty email to take me off their list and sent it also to the ceo and president... didnt want him to be left out... put in it that i would report their a$$es if this number calls here again.
 it was SUNDAY night at 750pm.

As a side note, if you are really ambitious, the presidents email is nnanos@nanosresearch.com.  We can always flood his inbox as his company has annoyed us with phone calls.

I have been getting the same phone calls from 416-493-6578, and as previous posters have stated, it is Nanos Research.  They have an 888 number on their website that takes you directly to the company directory.  If you take a few minutes to go through and search the company directory, punch in 6266, which brings up John Nanos, press 1 to skip him and you hear Nik Nanos, this is the company president.  So if you call 1-888-737-5505, and go through the steps I have described, you get the presidents voice mail, the more people we have leaving annoying messages on the presidents voicemail the better.  If nothing comes of this, as least he will have the pleasure of dealing with the voicemails himself.  And who knows, maybe someone will luck out and actually have him answer the phone.  Lets turn the tables on them. I get calls from this number almost daily. Never a message and calling back gets "Nanos Research" recording when you call back. Very annoying. Fortunately, they almost always call during the day and my service takes the call. Here's a link to their contact info from their website:

Been getting calls from this number every day for the past week, including Sunday. Today, I answered, said "hello" all I heard in response was a recording of my own voice saying hello. Our phone companies, who we give a lot of money to, have to find a way to stop this intrusive garbage.

When you get this call, everyone should call it back and leave messages on their voicemail to clog it up

Called from'Ontario', I didn't answer, but this is the third day in a row.  8pm my time, would have been 10pm in Ontario.

No answer on return call. Take our number off your list.

Getting alot of thesecalls...Annoying

I received a call from 416-493-6578 and they left a message using foul language ( f-words) in a low wispery voice.  If I get a message like that left again I will be reporting it to the police.

Surveys, I don't mind.but selling something I don't wan't. I hate. i.e. : energy gas salespeople or MBNA.

Just received a call now in Vancouver, BC.  These guys have been calling everyday for the past 3 weeks!!! Annoying as f***!  Don't know how to stop them from calling!! Argh!!!

They called tonight.  This is annoying.

THESE PEOPLE ARE STILL AT IT!!       BOTHERING  PEOPLE  -  BOTHERING ME!
