I'm starting to get regular calls from 1-416-540-3461.  When I say ''hello'' I get no direct response ...I hear a group of people talking and a lot of background noise ...it sounds like what ever is going on is taking place in a restaurant. Currently at the 42 minutes point of the call.

Received another call from 416-540-3461 at 9:23 AM today.  Same old, same old! Unknown name, nobody said a word at the other end.

Received three calls on July 29/12 "Unknown Name" Each time I picked up, nobody replied to my "Hello" but, I could hear people chatter in the background The calls came in at 7:39, 7:41 and 7:46 PM. The person at the other end, obviously knew how to dial a phone but, lacked the ability to say anything intelligent.
