Getting calls from this number on a daily basis, anytime after noon hour.  No message left

Getting the same call on a daily basis anytime after noon hour.  Don't leave any messages.

We have had this number calling us and leaving no message.  I called the number back and a recording states their name as "Canada's Building trade union".
