They called me during my final exam and it started to vibrate for a while.... so annoying

These people has no repect for people's privacy. They called me
2am with a fax beep. I cannot believe we cannot do anything about this!!

beeping, then busy signal - multiple times - I called Rogers (our phone server) with little assistance.... I have already registered on no call list. Who are these people - they must have a CEO that we can barrage with complaints.
