I been recieving calls for over 3 weeks now evey lunch time and 2 mins after they call back . even at night i have been recieving the calls it has to STOPPPPPPPP
They call and leave a friendly reminder that you bill is soon due so in other words...........Pay your bill!!!! I wish they were so fast and prompt with their service complaints................LOL

when i call back , i get a greeting ""you have reached rogers customer service".
Called rogers on 8887643771 and they say the number 4166452105 does not belong to them.
appears to be an attempted fraud using/impersonating Rogers name.
This is Rogers Credit Department calling regarding outstanding balances.

i have reseve the same calls from that number no answer for 2weeks now 2times a day or more i have notice every pp in here are with rogers but im with videotron with same number so i dont think its rogers calling i will call videotron if i find a solution will post another msg ^_^
I agree, that call you looking for payment before the bill even comes. I cancelled all 3 of my Rogers phone. They SUCK big time......

Yes tpp get a call from this numbers which is Rogers. They are bunch on rogues who have no knowledge of what they are doing. And then I get a call from their recovery agency time and again despite the bills being paid. Rogers are the worst.
This number just called me, I don't think its Rogers credit bureau as I have no Rogers services at all. I have Bell mobility cell phone, which they called, and Cogeco cable internet. That's it. I have never been a Rogers customer.
FYI: They frequently screw up and call people whose bills are paid. Just because this hasn't happened to you YET, don't automatically assume such a self-righteous position.

message started off with some stupid nonsense as " please call us back at 1-866 " blah , blah blah.....
I've been getting the same call over and over again also with the withheld number right after the first call. They never leave any messages. It's aggravating.

Offshore telemarketing fraud pretending to be the Rogers billing department. This is a fraud, and potential victims should hang up the phone and not provide any information or credit card information to this caller.
Repeat - This is a phishing fraud, not a legitmate call from Rogers.
I keep getting the call. Yesterday I answered and they asked for my husband by name and told me they were from Rogers. Very aggressive voice. I said they were calling my number and they needed to call his instead! They told me they didn't have his number!!! Proof enough that it can't be Rogers!! They threatened to put on our file that I refused to give him a message. I said as they didn't know his number they couldn't be from Rogers and ended the call.
Now let's see how long it takes them to call again...

I've even called them from a land line and told them to stop.

So what you are saying is you have a service with a company who bills you on a REGULAR basis (by that I mean monthly) and you have yet to figure out that you need to make a payment EACH month in order to maintain that service. Hmmm, me thinks someone needs to take the Bill Payment 101 course..have you heard of on line billing, or perhaps a little reminder to oneself on a calendar might "jog" your memory to make your payment when it is due. Where I live, most bills are paid on a monthly basis, hydro every 2 months.
Their collection practices and auto dialers are NOT illegal. As a consumer, you have the option to 1. Take the call or 2. Do Not take the call. Pretty simple.
Credit card companies now call their customers when due date is 5 days past due...it use to be 30. It's all about getting receivables in.

They are such a nuisance. They were constantly calling asking to speak to my father. We told them he had passed away. They said they could only discuss the matter with him only. They requested that we fax over the death certificate. So...we did. A month later they called again Asking to speak to my father again. I reminded them that I had already faxed the death certificate. They said they didn't get it so to please fax it again. This went on 2 more times. By then I was extremely irritated. They finally stopped harassing my family. They need to be put in their place once and for all.

I received 2 calls but I didn't answer cuz I don't know the number so I googled it but I see you guys' experiences with it..I didnt answer both calls and I'm on Wind...This is strange...
i was with Rogers for 20 years, never had a problem with them until last few years, there not very helpful, hard to understand and i left them yes, but my son who moved out 2 years ago and has a phone with rogers, and they keep calling here!!!! after i told them several times he dosnt live here, u would think they would stop calling nooooooo, the least they can do is leave a message and not call 4 times a day...just wish they would stop calling here !!!!
