Between today and yesterday they called me a total of 7 times.  I missed their call this morning and they ended up calling 3 times in a row.  What is wrong with these people? They have my cell number.  I never signed up for any "Universal Energy" thing.  Where did they get my cell?

I got two calls so far this evening.

This is a number from Universal Gas and Electric's Ontario office; probably calling to settle a dispute you filed with the Better Business Bureau after you realized the guy who came to your door with a piece of paper for an introductory trial that you signed was not telling the whole truth and you had signed up for a contract for natural gas delivery and the only way out was a 250.00 buyout.  fun stuff. Nothing wrong with selling a service; there is however, something wrong with not being 100% honest about what you are signing.

I have received calls from this phone number also, but I didn't sign up for anything or complain to BBB either...they once left a message asking for someone  else...weird.

I have recieved numorous calls from these people.  Do not know who they are. Have called 7 days a week.  When I did try to call the number it is not set up for voicemail and no one answers.  They are driving me crazy.

I just received a call from the same number.  i called back immediately and spoke to a woman who told me I had signed up for their service (guaranteeing my utility rates).  I told her I had done no such thing and was not interested after which she says she canceled my order.  We'll see...

They want $565.00 to "break the contract" because consumers should be aware of the "fine print"!I'm moving and they want proof that I'm moving. They don't want a cell # either! It is a five year contract. My new place I'm moving to Hydro is included. So glad about that.

I keep getting this call.  Its Sunday and they have called 3 times already.  Every weekend we go through this and its begining to tick me off.  I don't answer it.  For goodness sakes why call over and over again.  What do they want?

I have been getting these continuous hang up calls on my answering machine for months. I finally used reverse look-up and got 416-673-4750. I don't know if this is a coincidance but last night I had 3 people at seperate times doing cold calls at my door selling a "better deal" on our gas bill. The last one came after 8pm when it was dark. Idiot!

They just left a msg on my cell phone saying they got my message from a "Rick" to call -quaoted my cell phone numebr) and then gave a 1-866 number to call. I called it at first bit when it picked up it was just music sp i hung up lol.
These people should get a life :)

its an outgoing call centre for natural gas.  they provide a 5 year term of equal billing.  they state they are cheaper than enbridge or any other provider

I've been gone on and off for the last 6 months.
I was gone again for the weekend.  They called 9 times.
