This caller came through on Sept 9, on my display caller list.  When I return call, I receive the "this # is no longer is service" message.  I called Bell Canada to complain.  They tried it too.  The message is fake; but note that this number is not a Bell number assigned by Bell; it was assigned by another telephone provider - but Bell was not able to tell me who.  I hope this information goes into a universal database of questionable practices from questionable telephone numbers.  If continues, I was advised to file a complaint with DNC.

received a call this morning from this number.  When I called it back, I received a "sorry, this number is out of service" message.  Not buying it...will report to Bell who can easily trace back to original number.
