I had the same thing happen just recently. I am a tenant at this rental property and my landlord informed me a couple of months ago that she can no longer be my landlord due to financial struggles. The whole thing was weird to me. I never heard from her again, have no clue what is going on and now I have these people knocking at my door, If you have any information about this company that can useful to me, please let me know. They seem very fishy and odd. Asking us for our personal information, asking us to set up an appointment to change our locks, etc....

I received a call from this number and it's for Veranova Properties.  They are a property management company.  My brother passed away in March and he didn't have a will.  I am still waiting to be granted administration to his estate.  In the meantime, the mortgage is not being paid.  There is a friend of my brothers who is looking after the house.  Veranova was hired by the mortgage company to ensure the house is being looked after.

Call stated credit card had been compromise. press 1 for more info. My husband answered and is hard of hearing so he didn't get the caller after pressing 1 it sounded to be automated. He gave the phone to me when a number we did not give was being repeated, I hung up and I dialed the number back and a lady answered and said they were a property mangement in Toronto and had no automative in the building. I did give my phone number

Received call from 416-701-9000 after they left two paper notes on the door of a property owned by me.  Both notes and the phone call wanted to know if the property was vacant and that I must notify them within 24hrs of the note left on the door.  Phone call was the same, just wanting to know if the property was vacant.  I wonder why?

Call from this number came in this morning at 3:50AM purportedly from Jefferson Federal Credit Union to tell me (recorded message) that my CC has been suspended. I hung up without hearing the rest of the message. Caller ID said 416-701-9000 Veranaova Pro LT. I have for several months been getting a spam email with basically the same message.

i also got a all from this number claiming to be solvay bank and that my credit card had been compromised.  i hung up immediately because i don't have an account with them.  i called solvay bank after i hug up and they stated that it was a fraudulent call.  glad i called the bank to double check!

Today I received a call purporting to be from Firstbank telling me that my credit card had been suspended because of suspected fraudulent use by a hijacker.  I was instructed to push 1 for further instructions.  I was then asked (by automated voice) to enter my 16 digit account number.  I do not have a credit card with Firstbank which is what aroused my suspicions in the first place.    The call came from 416-701-9000
I will be calling Firstbank tomorrow because, ironically, they do not do business on Sundays.  Apparently identity thieves do.
