Getting few calls a week and is not stopping

416-736-9664 is calling us here in TO, Canada everyday. Nobody answers on the line! It's driving us crazy! How do you stop this ramdom madness?

416 736-9664 this number is calling everyday at different times. the line is just silent, no ones speaks. I figure it must be a predictive dialer but from what company I do not know. I would like it to stop too

416-736-9664 is a problem for us too.  This number needs to be identified and the people responsible need to be held accountable...i.e. charged.

This number is belonging to 2 The Point Global Marketing who calls for Deluxe Windows and Doors and Roayal Deluxe Windows and Doors (both window companies are
the same just running under different names - can you say scam?)
The current number being used by 2 The Point Global Marketing for this window and door company is 416-665-1377.  SO, if you asked to be taken off call list under the first number, they will now call you from the second.
To lay harassment charges you must contact your local police department who will dispatch on officer to come take info, have you fill out forms including authorization to pull your phone records.  Then they will assign a detective and it probably won't go anywhere unless WE ALL do this!

This number has called me a number of times a day for weeks.  Finally it stopped only to start up again last week.  Everytime I would pick up the phone I would wait for them to connect to me but the line would always be quiet.  Friday actually talked to a women who claimed she was not selling windows - that she is calling from another company.  I asked to be removed from the list.  Got two more calls Saturday.  If they would actually be on the other end of the line when they call it would help - the one time there were there the line was so bad I could barely make out what she was saying.

Can anyone confirm if this number is for Deluxe Windows or is also used for other companies?  I want to stop all calls!

This number is operated by 2 The Point Global Marketting at 2 Milvan Drive in Etobicoke. From an internet search, the contact is Rolan Ivker. He has an email address of "y2thepoint@netscape.net". The phone number is 416-736-0699.

Deluxe windows the worst windows & doors in Canada bugs us over 3 years now, when I was calling them a drunk Russian guy picked up the phone he said is name is Benny

Call Rolan at 416-736-0699 and demand not to be called again.  I think this company should be shut down tout suite.  In the meantime, call Rolan, get your number taken off their list.

Got a hold of a fellow named "Rolan", who apparently works for a telemarketing company and he confirmed the number "416-736-9664".  I explained the calls from this company were causing a lot of people grief, and that I was considering legal action.  He agreed to take my number off of their calling list.  I told him if I get another call from his company, I will be going to the police.

My husband and I have been receiving calls from this number since 2005 - it has stopped for a while then it started again lately.  No one ever speaks each & every time we answer the phone.  Yesterday, my husband picked up the phone very quickly after just one ring and loudly yelled at the person on the other line and a woman's voice replied back (for the very first time), she said "f*** you too" several times and finally disconnected the call.  
We will try to find out who owns this number and where they live - they should be taken to court for this nuisance prank!!

Please note that this number is Royal Deluxe Windows and Doors...yes...telemarketers....get together and complain about this!

No message left on my answering machine.  I have been called by this number before but not for several months.  Previous calls have been dead air or incomprehensible women's voices (sounds like garbled VIOP).

Continually getting calls from 416-736-9664.  I do not bother picking the phone up any longer.

You are right as I spoke to the person answering and transferred me to a telemarketing message centre.
I called back to tell her this was unacceptable and illegal in which she said to give me my number so she can take it off the listing.
Hopefully this will stop the calls from Deluxe Windows & doors - 416-665-0909 and they should be fined and their telemarketing suspended.

We are not in 416 area and are getting calls every day from this number. It is anoying and you have to wonder what kind of scam this is.

We are getting repeated calls from 416-736-9664.  When you pick up, no one s there.  The last straw though, is a call on a Sunday night at 8:2pm.  I am sorry, very unacceptable.

Everyday we get 2-3 calls, including Sundays. They hang up everytime. What a self serving inconsiderate company that wastes everyone's time; the sleepy, the children going to bed, the seniors who have to get up, the sick who need their rest, the stay-at-home parents busy with their duties, etc. It's bad reflection on this company, who ironically, call themselves Deluxe. Let's leave thatfor pizzas, where it actually means something.

Thanks for the posts, it's very helpful. I have sent an email to the Canadian corporate website email asking for them to stop. I appreciate a little marketing but this is a persistently intrusive, harassing, bothersome approach that nobody cares for and, even less, want to buy from.

these "people" (and I use the term lightly) have been calling us for months. They are definatelly a windows company, and why do they have more rights than we do? They can know who we are but we can't know who they are? To the people who called the police, did this work? I am willing to do this, but figured the police have better things to deal with, but it is at the point that I can't tkae it any more! It is harassment, and it is scary if they are trying to see when we are home or not.

I have been getting 2-3 calls a night with no one on the other side. Just started to google the number and now know I will not buy any doors or windows from Rotyal DeLuxe. They did not answer the corporate number but I called this one and someone picked up !!.

Ok.  I tried the "nice" guy to get my number taken off of the list and it has not worked.  We still get 5 to 6 calls a week and they always hang up.  Man, is this annoying.  I even kept redialing the 416-736-9664 number and 3-way calling it to a government fax machine.  haha.  That of course just makes me feel better.  So, I decided to annoy Deluxe Windows by filling out their contact us form asking them to stop calling.  Sent 10 of them with random info.  I called Ma Bell and they said to just block it.

I called 416-736-0909, directed to Meta Centre for the disabled; the girl Rita told me some of their clients may be doing it...asked us to report all calls to her for monitoring, they have many many phone lines?!

I called 416-733-0699, it's now To The Point Global Marketing, in mail message box full...poor guy.
