These guys are a collection agency.  They also use lines 416 774 7730 and 416 774 7758, 416 774 7985, 476 774 7989, 416 774 7747, 416 774 7727, 416 774 7751, 416 774 7969.  They work for Universal Energy, an evil scamming power distribution company in Ontario.

Called, told them not interested, called back and was very rude saying they don't care if I'm not interestd

number calls...hangs up and leaves no messages
